The staff at the drive through has been noticeably very rude lately for no reason. Recently I bought a bucket of chicken there last week for me and a family member which inspired me to write a review. The chicken tasted different than past visits and had an odd taste we both experienced and thankfully did not finish eating all of it for that reason. An hour after we ate the chicken we both had severe stomach aches and I considered going to the emergency room if we felt any worse. We couldn’t sleep until later that night due to stomach bloating and gas. I’m yet to notify the state and county health department to make them aware of our terrifying experience
Silly of me to think that customer service skills is requirement to work here. There hasn’t been one time that I’ve visited this KFC where I was treated with even the remedial amount of customer service.I made what I assumed it was a simple request which was can you please make sure my famous bowl contains chicken. I explained that the last time I ordered I had received a famous bowl with basically pieces of fried batter which appear to be the bottom of the popcorn chicken bucket… Whatever.The lady at the window just stared at me…and repeated the total of my order…. So then I replied is that a yes? And she again…just repeated the total of my order and stared at me.So I just pulled off. I won’t be going there ever again!
The drive through was fast and the man on the speaker was quick kind and friendly. Food is yummy. But my chicken thigh was not properly trimmed and there was a kidney in it still.
I waited for them to open at 11. Mean another lady went inside waited about 5 to 10 minutes before they decided to tell us it was drive-through only but there was no signs on the doors in the restaurant was open I had a work truck and I'm not allowed to go through a drive-thru with it this place is terrible don't go here.
Totally unhelpful and rude attendants. Told the person taking the order that she should not argue with customer and that customer was "always right." But, she continued to argue and be rude and told me customer is not always right. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager could be heard in the background being just as rude and confrontational. I told them to give me the number for the regional manager and they told me they would only give it to me at the window. I left the KFC with a very bad taste in my mouth. Where has good customer service gone these days?
Because the service is soooo slow here, I decided to order on the app as it is promoted "skip the line" I ordered my food at 6:20 sitting in the app parking slot. At 6:36 it said my food was ready however, the doors were locked to get into the restaurant. So I called and the lady told me, I had to get in the drive thru line that was out to the street to get my food! By the time I got to the window it was 6:58! And they told me my food just got done and they still got my order wrong! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!
This location has the worst service of any KFC I’ve ever been to. So slow.
Um, they had a real bad day. The Chicken Tenders were absolutely awful.We actually threw them in the garbage can.However, that being said, KFC does have standards and you know exactly what to expect, which is way you go there. Today was the worst dining experience that I have ever had after decades.I should have notified Management but didn't.Won't say that I'll never eat there again BUT...they on my Watch list and will be CANCELED if....
Something wrong, I keep trying but flavor is not there.I want my chicken to taste good not healthy ?
I will not be going here again. Today I stopped by and ordered a 16pc family meal with drinks ($50 plus). While at the window I asked for some BBQ sauce. They informed me "the BBQ sauce is ONLY for the chicken tenders." I asked to speak to the manager at the window and mentioned I would like some BBQ sauce with my order. She said no. I said " I just ordered $50 worth of chicken and I can't have BBQ with it"? She said "no, it's only for the chicken tenders".Needless to say, my mind was blown and I said " ok I'll just take my money back I no longer want the food because I like BBQ sauce with my chicken and I don't think that is an unreasonable request, especially when I just ordered $50 worth of chicken".. She then said " really you don't want it, why"? I replied with " yes really, I no longer want the chicken because you will not provide the BBQ that I am requesting, so my family and I can enjoy the chicken ".I got my money back and left. Don't go to this KFC if u like BBQ sauce with your chicken.
