Dry, Stale Bread. We fairly often order sandwiches delivered from Jersey Mikes, Stafford Square. The quality the last few times has continued to decline. This time the sandwiches were dry, stale and way too salty. We always order the club sandwiches on rosemary bread, without salt and without bacon, but this time the sandwiches had dry, hard bacon on them, they were salty, and not enough wine vinegar and olive oil to make them tasty. Very disappointed.
Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait long in person. I get there 30mins after I order and when I show up they proceed to make 15 subs of the continues customers flowing into the store. And then when I asked about my food they told me door dash takes a while.... I didn't order door dash.
Five people working and they still have a line out the door.one person doing the cutting of meat. I guess it takes 3 others to wrap a sandwich. One star is too many. Customer service is horrible.

Order online a cold sub. Ordered number 4Picked it up and it was completely the wrong one when I want to eat it at home.Called , but did not showed any Courtesy to solve the Issue. This place is like 20 minutes away from my house. For the price there charge definitely should get the correct sub or solve the problem in my favor .Even subway fix the right sub what is ordered.
This restaurant is very lacking is freshness. I was given a sandwich with bread stale and hard as a rock. I went back inside to get a new sandwich and the guy proceeded to take the new bread and transfer the toppings over. Another employee spoke up and said no make her a new sandwich. Then he went for the knife to cut it in half and before cutting he wiped it off with a rag hanging on the side of the counter which god knows how dirty that thing is or where’s it’s been. Gross! And I still got bread that was less stale but still stale.
Love this place! Have to have the gluten free and they are always careful. Have never had a problem. Sandwiches always taste great.
This particular Jersey Mike's is not what is used to be even prior to COVID. Ordered a large Cheese Steak and the meat was over cooked-dry. I understand good help is hard to find, but... Hoping the new location on 17 will be better.
