Easy access to this location off the highway. Clean location and friendly staff. We were there on Father's Day. They had tons of orders for pick up and they apologized for the delay in getting our food out to us. We were in no hurry as it gave us time to map out our pit stops along the highway. We will stop there again on our next trip.
Why add curb side pick up online if your workers are going to be too busy flirting with each other to pay amy attention? I selected "I'm here" at 8:53. I waited in my car for about 5 minutes until I decided to go in so the worker wouldn't have to walk out to me. Three of them looked directly at me while waiting in the lobby, multiple times, for 15 minutes. While I was waiting, three separate people walked in and were addressed before me. After seating two people and checking in someone else's pick up that wasnt ready (all of which came in after me) she started to walk back to the kitchen before I had to literally call her back over. She looked at me like I inconvenienced her for not grabbing my food out of the cubbyhold (which is hidden from view, and I selected curb side pick up anyway) for her. Thank god I don't tip before hand and always tip with cash upon arrival.
I waited for about 5-7 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever. A couple of the employees saw me standing there and did not even care to provide service or let me know someone would be with me shortly. Then, a waitress was talking to another coworker (as I am still waiting to be seated). Overall, it was just unprofessional. I would not recommend and I am a pretty gracious person, but the customer service was not there for me (from others).I will say that my actual waitress Makayla ( I think that was her name) was extremely pleasant!
First time visiting. Went on a Friday night around 930pm. Everything was wrong with our food. It came out too late, the food tasted terrible and everything was just greasy. Our French toast didn’t have butter on it, the bread was dry, the eggs tasted fake and too chewy, sirloin tips were all fat no beef, our orange juice and ice tea was watered down. I can keep going but point is…I will not return.
Dirty floors, poorly maintained ladies‘ room, cluttered tables that remain uncleared for at least 30 minutes, slow service, waiters and waitresses that shout, swear and fool around instead of doing their jobs. The pandemic did not do this place any favors. The experience was not worth the money we paid. Highly unrecommended.
Horrible, ordered online and came to pick up at curbside. 20mins past pick up time I had to go inside only to find they lost my order, by the time they found it I just wanted to get out of there. Yet none of my food was made correctly, with items I requested to not even been on them. Now I can't eat any of it, waste of money.
Who doesn't love pancakes, eggs and sausage? I do! The split decision is the best offering to me. You get two pancakes, two strips of bacon and two link sausage just enough to fill you up and at a great price. Customer service is non-stop.
Food was good but the service was a little slow. I understand with the shortage of people not working though. Hopefully soon places will be fully staffed.
Seating and initial service were slow, but once our server realized we were seated at his table, he was top notch. Our food service was quick and accurate and everything was well-cooked and very tasty.
Food was way overpriced for the portion size, and when does it cost a dollar to add onions to the spoonful of hashbrowns. I couldn't use military discount or coupon from the book that I bought because "manager was busy and they have the card". They have a sign requesting patience as they are understaffed, but does patience include substandard food?Update: after sending photos, ihop management says "sorry". If you decide to eat here for take out, be aware of pricing.
