I can understand the bad reviews. My server was pretty solid though, he earned his tip. Me and my daughter weren’t greeted when we walked in which threw me off. They probably need to retrain their staff in customer service. One server looked so angry another customer had to ask if she was okay lol. Food was good, not better than what I could’ve made myself but better than I expected. Everything was fairly priced. Probably pop back in for brunch and drinks only.
Worst service. We have gone over the past couple years and each time it has gotten worse. The food is hit or miss, but the staff always gives off the vibe of “they don’t want you to be there”. Some examples are never receiving an appetizer after asking a few times for it, having to go up to the bar to order food after waiting for 20 minutes at our table, and overhearing our waitress talk badly about making a special order ticket.
The food and drinks were mediocre at best. For the price it should have been fine dining. The customer service was worse than the food. The lady that served me walked around with a scrunched up face and what looked to be an attitude. For $6 coffees stick to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks, because these $6 coffees were nothing to write home about, unless your writing hate mail. I recommend spending your money elsewhere, maybe McDonalds.
I love coming here! I’m never disappointed by the food, drinks or super friendly staff. I usually come here and get the Bistro bursts (flavored monster energy drinks) to go, but it’s a great spot to come if you’re tired of chain restaurants and want something different.
Met a friend at this cafe and was very pleasantly surprised. More than just a neighborhood coffeehouse. Interesting menu, superb wait staff, comfortable selection of seating. Great coffee, Mimosas and Bloody Mary!
First off I was rudely put on hold, I was ordering from my phone in my car outside of the bistro. Then I went inside to order instead and the waitress were talking and laughing while the phone was laying on table from me being on hold. When I told her she giggled! Then I ordered our food, it was disgusting, the wings tasted like my 2 yr old cooked Them, the French fries were hard and cold, my pattymelt was just thrown in container Then in bag!!!!! Over all I would NEVER recommend this place or EVER go back!!! Oh and not to mention it's WAYYYYY over priced!!!
The ambience is very nice and the hamburger was cooked to my instructions. The service was good. Nice place to have in Stafford
Love this place. Love having local craft beers and comfort food. Went to comedy show there tonight. No cover! Show was AWESOME! PLEASE DO IT AGAIN!!! Would be willing to pay a cover like most comedy clubs if that helpsbring it back.. Only disappointing part was some of the staff was "off the clock" and talked during every comedians set, but the comedians were professional and pressed on. Also had a few customers that talked a lot during.the acts but still was really good. More comedy shows!!!
Wife and I dropped in on one of the colder evening for two Irish Coffees. Basically it was run ofthe mill (no pun intended). Ok so what-well they were $15 bucks apiece for a total of $30. tTerroblr. robbed, taken advantage of. Never zgzin.
Hosted a baby shower here and it was great! The food was reasonably priced, the staff was easy to work with, and the mix of indoor/outdoor space was perfect!
