Coming from a Puerto Rican background, the food brings me back home! Straight up Delicious and with every bite you can taste the passion behind it. The culture inside makes you forget you are in the Stanford area and they also provide Latin nights on Saturday which is awesome of you love dancing. I recommend this restaurant to all!

This was my first time back since it reopened. The service was ok, but there weee only two tables occupied. The food was very good, although I recommend to provide a service spoon whenever someone orders the paella or paella caribeña so people don’t use their eating utensils to grab more drops from the paella plate. The most disappointing issue was the restroom. It didn’t have napkins or bathroom tissue. This is something that should be checked hourly. It’s a small place, so it should not be an issue to upkeep. I will return to try other dishes.
We have been searching for a place like this for a while!!! My boyfriend is from Puerto Rico and whenever he is feeling particularly homesick we come here.I got the Carribean bowl (as seen in the photo). With the exception of the pineapple everything was super fresh, well seasoned and delicious. The mango salsa it comes with adds a perfect bit of acidity and balance. Definitely recommend this for any vegetarian friends but you can get it with chicken or fish as well.My boyfriend got the chuleta frita con mofongo y tostones. Tostones and mofongo were amazing and exactly the quality as you would find on the island. The chuleta must have also been great because it was gone before I could get a picture!Overall, great food, great drinks, and a price you can’t beat. Definitely recommend this place to my homesick Carribean friends.
This is by far the best restaurant in the area of Quantico located left of the front main gate on Jefferson Davis HWY in Stafford VA. I had to buy 2 entrees because I couldn’t decide what to get and I ended up destroying the Jambalaya dish served with shrimp, scallops, and sausage! That dish was definitely made with LOVE. Then I absolutely devoured my second entree which was Canre Guisada which reminded me of my grandmothers food from back at home! I would recommend everyone to come to Fusion Caribbean & American Girll! And the service was absolutely amazing! My favorite restaurant in Virginia!!!!!!! Stop PLAYING with them & Stop By For Some Chowwwww! Oooorahhhhhhhh!
