I'm positive with covid and made an order for curbside puck up but was still made to come inside after waiting 15 minutes. So now my food is cold and hopefully no one else got sick because of your team's decisions...and I was given attitude by the guy who handed the food out asking "you came in to get it? Okay?" in a snarky manner like it's my fault even though I selected "I'm here" 15 minutes prior.
The person who handed (read: pushed) me my order seemed too busy for pleasantries and also didn't season my Cajun fries with Cajun seasoning.I can't speak for my friends' burgers, but mine had hardly any BBQ sauce. Maybe the bottle was low, or maybe standards have changed since I worked at a Five Guys. Either way, my burger was dry. Lots of cheese, though--too bad most of it was on the foil wrapper, not the burger, since the burger was rolled in the wrapper (something I distinctly remember being counseled against doing).I expect more for what I paid.
Third time I’ve received a stale bun. Completely hard around the edges and flaking at the top. Also, the little cheeseburger patty has consistently measured smaller and flatter. I got a mouth full of stale bun, lettuce. and tomato and barely a taste of burger. Wish I’d taken a pic prior to tossing it in the trash. Five Guys won’t be in my fast food lineup anymore.

Five guys is there for you. Day after a big snow storm people still without power and five guys is there for you. Large quantity of staff to fulfill the demand, someone was clean even in the rush. Most importantly, to me, the bathroom was clean, neat, and smelt like bleach,(perfection).
GREAT LOCATION! EXCELLENT SERVICE!Staff is extremely courteous, able to handle large orders, ask helpful questions, and focused - I go here regularly and my orders have been 100% accurate (for me anyway, hopefully for others too)
Please don't go there afternoon shift I basically ordered something online it said it was gonna be done by 2:33pm. I got there and had to wait for like 20 mins after my estimate time. And they hadn't even get my food ready and while I was waiting there was a burger that was wide open with all of the toppings in it and it didn't have the bun that goes on top they packed it and put it inside the bag right when the customer was there when its had been outside for 20 mins or probably more. One of the employees was cleaning up the grill and the cashier came to me and took care of me while the manager was doing absolutely nothing she passed by burger that was on the table but didn't packed or nothing. I will never go to afternoon shifts and I recommend to anybody to do so either. Specifically if you are in a rush unfortunately I did not catch the manager's but the name that appears on my receipt says Carina J. I don't know if that the manager's name but if so do not go there when she's working.
Five Guys is excellent but be ready to pay more for those delicious burgers and fries...the double bacon cheese will set you back a little over $10 in Stafford VA.
Do not eat here if you are allergic to peanuts. They do not advertise that they cook in peanut oil. And when calling to quickly ask (since my daughter is SEVERELY allergic) the lady who answered couldn't even speak or understand English.
I asked for my fries to be well done, but they were over-cooked and hard.
