2 dudes behind the counter, take 20 plus minutes for a delivery order that is 2 milkshakes. When they hand me the bag I check it and see only one. I ask them why there’s only one and they both look at me like I’m crazy. Obviously dunkin is not paying well and they need to step it up, but probably never will. If someone corporate bothers reading this; RAISE PAY.
I go there three-five times a week. They hardly ever get my drink right, even though it is a menu item.Today they made my five dollar drink wrong again. I also forgot two Donuts as I left the store. When I called back to tellThem within five minutes of leaving, I was told I need a receipt or they couldDo nothing for me. Without proof of purchase I would not be able to get my donuts or the correct drink. Even though “Hamilton” the lady who answered the phone was probably looking at the donuts I paid for but didn’t take.This is extremely upsetting to someone who spends hundreds here in a months time. And to be met with such ignorance when calling to get an issue corrected.I gave two stars because the food and drinks are amazing. It’s the service that struggles. When consumers pay top dollar for the menu items - give them WHAT THEY ORDER or be willing to remake it.Such a disappointment when I go out of my way just to get dunkin.
Service was subpar. Took 4 tries and another worker for cashier to understand I wanted a cocoa mocha signature latte. Got donut wrong and had to tell him while he was about to put it in that it was wrong. One of drinks wasn't mixed well at all. Store wasn't busy in any way. Just seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.
Wife ordered an iced latte and waited 10 minutes, while 4 other people got their drinks. My wife asked if they were making her iced latte and INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY SPEAKING TO HER the staff actually looked at each other bewildered, mumbled and went back to making other drinks. What the hell is going on at this Dunkin?????? Another 5 minutes and 2 other people getting drinks and my wife decided to leave rather than make a scene. She paid for a drink she never received and the staff is literally as unprofessional as can be imagined. Avoid this store at all cost.
Who doesn’t know Dunkin’ Donuts? Pretty much the same as anywhere, but service at this location has always been great, and fast. Their only drawback - no drive-thru.
Brong back the chocolate creme filled powdered donuts for 5 stars.owner said it was discontinued, but in all other locations carry it.other than that food coffee and donuts are on par with Dunkin.
For the love of coffee...I placed a mobile order at 8:40am for a medium iced coffee a breakfast sandwich and hash rounds...At 9am they admitted that they hadn't made the sandwich or hash rounds only the coffee...blamed the print out system.At 9:10am they finally made the food items...three other ladies were also just get piecemeal items from their order...so all 4 of us are now late for work.ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE!Thanks for making my Friday start out on a great note?
Dunkin’ Donuts standards have really gone down. I’m so disappointed. The last few times we have stopped at a dunkin both in VA & FL, I ordered a vanilla crème donut … what happened to the cream? Each time I receive a donut with barely any cream. Service was good but the donuts need to be filled with cream. Seems like you are skimming??
We use this Dunkin almost daily when we’re in town visiting family. Drinks always come out perfect and the staff is super chill. Definitely recommend using the app to order ahead.
I go to this Dunkin often. The manager and staff are really nice. It gets busy in there but they are always busting their behind to get you your order and get it to you right.
