I live out of state and purchased dinner for my daughter that lives in the area. I asked them to write Love Mom And Dad on the box and low and behold that did. I thought that was really nice. Thank you Garrisonville Road Dominos I really Appreciate your staff for doing that? By the way, she said her pizza was delicious!
Good pizza as a rule. We always chhose to carry out. This visit was unusual in that only one employee knew how to use the register. Customer ahead of me called in the order and it took them 5 minutes to find it and try to finish paying for his order. I could have been out of there sooner if there was more than one competent front man out of the dozen employees working that night.
I’ve ordered from here multiples times, even though i put what business i’m in they never pay attention. I couldn’t answer the phone so i didn’t get my pizza. There’s not many stores in this building and it’s not that hard to run in and ask if anyone ordered a pizza. Won’t be ordering from here again.
I would strongly recommend any other Dominos location over this one. Orders take very long to finish. I pick up my pizza immediately after it's ready, yet the food is already getting cold.
Not understanding why they do not add extra sauce when it is requested. This pizza is extremely dry and not even cut correctly. I truly understand everyone is short staffed but I am paying for a service and I should get what I ask for!!!
Terrible customer service and food quality declining. They used to be efficient but now you walk in and the entire staff is in disarray. Our last cheese pizza had no sauce or cheese. It was literally toast bread! Definitely in need of new management and quality control.
Absolute joke!!! Ordered extra Philly cheese steak on my pizza. Hardly got any four pieces of pizza had no steak on them. Sent the manager of photo. He remade it and it came out worse then The first one.
Got the Hawaiian pizza, was sooo good, can't wait to get it again. Awesome
Absolutely dismal service. Understaffed maybe? A few weeks ago, I ordered a couple pizzas and two hours later, the tracker said they could not complete the order and they automatically cancelled it. I made the mistake of thinking they sorted their woes out and ordered again tonight. Ordered at 7:13pm, delivery was estimated at 9:02 PM. I watched the tracker as the driver turned the WRONG WAY down our street and then went back to the Dominos. The tracker said it was delivered. I called them up and after being on hold for a half hour, let them know I didn't get it. The driver claimed he put it at our front door. Nobody was there, it would have been recorded by our door cam. Finally they agreed to make us another order. Best I can hope for is getting our order 3 hours after ordering, but I'm not very confident about it and can't watch the tracker this time. We'll see...
I eat here often. Good pizza but they have stopped answering the phone in an attempt to get you to order online.They honestly have been a pretty good Dominoes until this issue. Quick service. Despite the bad reviews.
