Service and professionalism at the Stafford, VA Chipotle has been AWFUL for several years now. I have traveled to Fredericksburg and Woodbridge to get service where you are greeted and management understands ordering sufficient quantities, and cleanliness. I gave them another chance after about two years...nothing has changed -- I won't be back.
Decided to get some chipotle and my order was completely wrong not once but three times. Got an attitude from the cashier when I told him the order was wrong he insisted it was correct. Checked out come to find out it was wrong. Went back in there was given the "correct" bowl, got home and it was wrong again! Went back up there wrote down the order so they can fix it and guess what?? wrong again. Chipotle you've lost two valuable customer.
This place is truly a hit or miss. So inconsistent. One time I ordered a sparkling water, they didn’t have it in stock when I went to go pick it up. Luckily I looked in the bag and noticed it wasn’t there. Wild how I had to explain to management that could they just replace it with something with the same price or refund it. I ended up just walking off. A customer shouldn’t have to explain themselves for basic logical sense. We just make a trip to Fredericksburg Chipotle or Cava instead. This place isn’t worth the experience. Plus they are always having issues with online orders, pickup or running out of ingredients.
I love the food! I can still have a relatively low carb meal with the food options! There are times I don't care for the music, and I gave the restaurant 4 stars because the tables and chairs don't get wiped down frequently; however, I also realize that they stay busy serving customers and keeping food supplied on the serving line.
Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Mobile orders give you about 1/2 the size of standing in the line. Errors in orders are to be expected leading to close inspection prior to leaving the facility. Stray onions/peppers are common despite not ordering it. I have lost trust in 3 areas with this location: 1. Amount of ingredients that I pay for. 2. I don't trust the order at this location leading me to double check the order before leaving. 3. I have no trust that it was made to my specification leaving me to fear that every bite i could be overwhelmed by an onion crunch. I will no longer order my beloved chipotle from this location. I would rather drive the extra 10 miles to the location on 17 or on Route 1.
Line was at the door. I still waited. Finally got to order...chicken bowls with white rice.. "we are out of white rice" how long? "20 minutes" it's loke mcdonalds saying we are out of buns for 20 minutes, but wexan put yiur big mac on a mcmuffin... Crazy. How do you let that happen at 6PM...dinner time. Hard to get good food on 610. Headed to the chipotle on 17. Everytime i go to the one on 610, something goes wrong.
Worst order ever! They literally put two pieces of chicken in my burrito. It was ALL rice! What’s the point of ordering a chicken burrito if I don’t get any chicken? And what about the other ingredients? 100% will not be going back to this Chipotle. It may have just been this Stafford location but idk. If it happens again I just won’t dine any Chipotle. Hands down worst order ever
Please don't mess up someone's order and don't act like you can't have the courage or respect to make it right. And if you can't please work elsewhere.
This place never seems to be able to open. I have tried numerous times to come here and they are closed unless you order online and even then they don’t have all of their ingredients. Stop wasting people’s time!!!
This location is hit or miss. I enjoy Chipotle, but I never know what to expect when I order here. If I order ahead, I still have to wait. One time I came and people were inside, but a sign on the door said they weren't taking any orders. The lines are long, which normally isn't a problem if they keep up with the food during rush hour times. I've had more bad experiences than good, thus causing me to eat elsewhere.
