Thank you Chilli’s for a great dining experience on Father’s Day. They went above and beyond to correct the miscommunication between staff which caused us to not be attended for 20 minutes after being seated. Their customer service is outstanding. I believe our waiter attending us afterwards was Massio (May have confused his name) , he was very attentive also. Management was very apologetic and quick to address the bump. For this I will continue to dine here and recommend everyone also do so. The food was also delicious!! Thank you, Chilli’s.
We’re 0-2 with this Chili’s since moving to Stafford. Not sure what’s going on, but they don’t seem to have their take-out together.Our first experience in April, my wife had to wait over 2 hours (not exaggerating) for two meals and an appetizer. After checking in through the app and waited in a take-out spot for almost an hour. After another hour of being told it would be ready shortly, waiting on one item, it’s being prepared, my wife eventually just asked for a refund. They said a refund would take a few days to process, which was fine. She was also offered what was prepared, which seemed like the food that had been prepared over an hour prior. My wife was also told to expect a call or email for follow-up but never received one.Tuesday, we ordered some chicken crispers and a hamburger. While it didn’t take long, they brought out the wrong order which I didn’t notice until I got home (10 minutes away). My wife called and the employee who answered didn’t seem to know how to handle the issue, so we were transferred to manager John. John offered a refund or to come to pick up the order that had been sitting, my wife expressed frustration over going to have to grab now cold food (10 minutes home + 10 minutes back + 10 minutes home again + 5-10 minute exchange). She opted for me to go back. While they did make the correct order and had me check it before leaving, service wasn’t positive during the experience.Overall, while I still enjoy the food, maybe dine in for a better experience? Although hard to imagine dine in being better based on the interactions with those managing the take-out, and the management in general.
I wish we had checked reviews here before attempting to order.The app and website didn’t work so we called the order in. It was a chaotic and surreal hour and a half to get our food which was ice cold and horribly burnt and weirdly mixed up? I’m pretty sure our margaritas were made with a dash of dish soap. Needless to say everything went into the trash.Staff are inexperienced and poorly trained. The owners should be ashamed.
Waited over half an hour for a CURBSIDE PICK UP ORDER in which I was told it would be ready at the exact time I got there. Pretty ridiculous. 5 other cars came after me and all left before me too.
Had lunch there with my family of six. Our food was great and those serving us were fantastic. However, there was a lady in the back yelling at a staff member. She yelled, "Did I tell you to take that? Put that back. Stop talking to me. Stop talking to me." The entire staff got quite after that moment and it took a little bit for the mood in the restaurant to lighten. I hope the lady yelling understands how inappropriate that is and she can find a way to constructively correct rather talk down to employees.
Went in tonight to sit at the bar for a night outwith my boyfriend. Audrey was my bartender and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and sweet and we will definitely be back but only if she’s serving us. Audrey thank you for such an enjoyable night. See you soon
How long does it take to sit 8 people? I personally called an hour before everyone arrival. To inform them to be ready I guess. When I get to the restaurant they tell me it’s another 45 minutes wait. After the 45 minutes they try to sit us at high table tops and 2 waitresses were arguing that they can’t put high tables together. Finally after 30 more minutes they sit is on a regular table. Total hours almost 3 hrs full of nonsense.
went to seat us an the floor had water all over it under the table. Took bout 10mins to clean it up . The one waiter didn't even know how to mop it then the manager came out then had to go get the mop an bucket took like 5 mins. Then asked for sugar packets an the one worker brought out hand wipe packets for sugar packets . Very unorganized . The manager did apologize but never offered a discount for the wait an trouble
Went in on a Thursday night around 6pm and was told it would be a 30 minute wait for a table of 4 when the restaurant was about 25% full. I understand staffing issues but you only be able to operate at 25% is pretty bad. Went back another day and sat at the bar, service was decent but the to go order we placed had a few mistakes/missing small things like sauces. On the plus side the SW egg rolls and the brisket quesadillas were both good.
No garlic bread with my meal, it was to be included...but they ran out. Brought our meal before appetizer.. left a nice tip because they are short handed and waitress was very busy.
