Good is great and staff is working super hard. Unfortunately it is the only Chick-fil-A in Stafford so it is packed all the time.It is very hard to park in there lot due to the drive thru. Recommend parking next door and walking in.
Took at least 16 minutes sitting curbside to get 2 plain chicken sandwiches at 8:30pm. I wouldn't have bothered if I had thought it would take even close to that long. Then getting out of the parking lot was a chore due to the poor design. Just not worth the hassle, doubt I'll be back.

Taylor was very unaccommodating for my breakfast order. Not happy with the service provided this morning. …….. better luck next time.
Chick Fil A is just okay. I don't understand the hype or why the line is always so long. Drive thru was relatively quick and I got all the food I ordered in the bag. KFC's chicken sandwich is a thousand times better.
Typical great food and service with the added bonus of an incredibly strange parking lot. Some may even call it chaotic.There real estate team has got to be the worst of any fast food.
Got cookies as hard as hockey pucks today, again. It happens often. In the notes I put “soft pls” because my kids are picky. 2 cookies are ranging up to $3-$4. And for this to happen multiple times and I live across the street from the location is beyond annoying. When I called the manager this evening, again, I was hung up on. Worst location I have ever been too.
Service was FAST! BUT, not Customer Service Friendly!!! And the gift card I used was not returned to me, it is Refillable, but the little boy threw it in the trash...
Finally in the recovering stages of salmonella after an abysmal visit to this location. Raw chicken is just unacceptable. I've been sick for about 3 days now. I've never felt anything like this. Im aiming to be a chef myself and this is utterly embarrassing. Not to mention I'm a Signature Member. I will not be visiting this or any other location for the foreseeable future. Do better and make sure you're not being lazy when things get busy. I have nothing else to here besides I'm still in pain from 4 days ago.
The restaurant was EMPTY, except for myself and one other customer in line. All the employees in the restaurant and I stood there for almost 10 minutes completely ignored while they helped a customer with her app. Unbelievable! What happen to Chick-fil-A having such wonderful customer service???
