This place is good for food that is sub par. I will eat whatever and I am not picky at all, however this chain is like the rest! The worst part about this specific location are the severs…. They’re lazy, never check on you, and barley wait the table if at all. They take your order and give you the check. There is no in between! Some new management and retraining of the staff would be beneficial!
Great service, good beer selection, perfectly acceptable food. But MY GOD PLEASE CLEAN BEHIND THE BAR. It smells rancid over there, like someone left a bunch of half-filled cups of beer outside in 200° weather for a year straight, and then poured it all over the floor behind the bar and just left it there. IT SMELLS SO BAD ALL THE TIME, PLEASE CLEAN, I'M BEGGING YOU

The worst and most disrespectful fine-in experience ever. First time going and definitely the last. Waitress didn’t know half the items on the menu they were “out of”. There was a “happy hour” but not a happy hour. We were about 10 in the group and it wasn’t that busy when we arrived-around 4. But about an hour and half later more people came in. They had about 3 waiters for the entire area all while everyone else stood around. Definitely need better management. Then the waitress left our table alone for about 20 minutes and only came back to give us all our tickets- except no one had asked to be checked out. It’s like they decided it was time for us to go. Some of us were going to order more items but that really put us off. They took our phone numbers to send us a link to pay. We paid and stayed to finish our drinks and what not. Then she came around taking our plates In Such a way that it came off as a passive aggressive way to make us leave. Very bad service.
Normally I don't leave reviews that aren't a 1 or 5. But I like their wings. However, i don't like waitresses who are too busy with their boyfriend while working and screwed up our order twice (the following I'd like why we didn't wait for them to fix it) and I don't like eating in a night club. The music was horrific in quality, full of bass that my seat was vibrating and I couldn't hear my husband who was next to me. Be a while before we come back to this one.
I know it was Superbowl Sunday and a bit busy, but the food I received was not very good. My traditional wings were small and overcooked, which made them dry and hard to even chew. Any other day, I would have returned to the store to complain. Sadly, Pizzahut wings probably would have been better!
The delivery was pretty swift but the wings did not taste good at all. It was almost like they boiled them then covered them in sauce. Not sure what happened, maybe just a bad night.
Went to dinner tonight and order and appetizer that never came to the table and my husbands food got to the table ten minutes before mine and both meals were cold. I took a bit of my chicken and it was black inside. I have never been more grossed out.
So let's start out with our ten minute wait for our server Rowland to even show up at our table. Not only is he extreamly slow, but has a general bad attitude. As a server I don't expect much out of you. But I do expect hospitality and a cheerful attitude for the business you represent. The food was what is expected of a BWW, but the service was so ungodly slow and unprofessional that I don't know if I will come back. The standard is already low for BWW, but this is an all time low. I would never want someone like Rowland for customer service in anything. The store was not busy at all the man couldn't manage more than 3 tables!
