My boyfriend and I got a to go order of the steakhouse burger. My boyfriend luckily opened the burger up to reheat it, and found raw bacon inside of the burger. This is unacceptable from such ong standing restaurant with a (supposedly) good reputation.
Poor service (he had no clue about the menu, but he was friendly). Food came out gross and greasy looking…paid $9.00 for 1 egg, 1/2 cup of potatoes that tasted like they were freezer burnt, and 3 undercooked pieces of bacon. I only ate the egg and struggled through half the potatoes before I gave up…

Bob Evans, where our biscuits are drier than a Steven Wright joke.
This is a good Bob Evan's location. I've been here for breakfast and dinner multiple times. The staff is always friendly and polite. The prices are also some of the lowest around compared to other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend their Rise and Shine burger. The patty was cooked and seasoned well. The eggs, bacon, beef patty, and hasbrown all complemented each other very well. My wife got the southwest avacado chicken. The chicken was very juicy, but it could've used more seasoning and salt. The chicken noodle soup was tastless. I don't recommend it. Overall this location is good and I will gladly go there again.
Ordered breakfast burger and fries, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted very good, the waitress seemed to pop in at the best times to make sure I was taken care of. Expirence was amazing across the board
It's Sunday evening. It's not busy. I know everywhere is understaffed these days, but you can't make excuses when you make a mistake.Boyfriend ordered the Brioche French toast with sausage and I order a farmer's combo (typical eggs, bacon, etc). 25 minutes later a different server (later id'd as a shift manager) brings food and says "Sorry we are out of biscuits so I brought rolls."No one at our table ordered biscuits. Or the fried chicken she tried to serve with those rolls.Away go the plates. Much discussing is heard from kitchen. My plate of bacon, eggs, potatoes arrive. Nothing for boyfriend. "Let me go check." says server/manager.Louder ruckus from kitchen. Another table gets up to leave, having never been brought water or had orders taken.I finally flag manager down. She says waitress misheard boyfriend's order. Really? Then why ask what meat to go with French toast? Don't make excuses. If you have one server, you need to be out there with them or have them write the orders down and read it back. That's what Kevin here at the IHOP down the road did. And I bet we get the right food.
Food was dried out and cold. Was suppose to have gravy on the meat and there was none. Only positive thing to say is the DoorDash driver, Xavier was good. None of the above was his fault.
Food was fine, though we weren’t told when substitutes were being made (pumpkin bread instead of banana bread). Biggest problem was cleanliness. Restaurant was dirty, especially coffee mugs. We asked for new mugs and were given new, dirty mugs a second time. See picture of scum on mug before and after I wiped it off. Server had very little awareness.
Horrible and very slow service. Aside from that, they are also out of several ingredients but won't tell you until after you recieve your plate with missing food (happened to three different meals ordered at our table), you will also need to keep reminding the server to get basic item like utensils and part of your meal that still didn't come, and if thats not bad enough the meal I ordered was missing a key side (Thanksgiving meal) or I wouldn't have ordered it; so I actually didn't eat and had to pay for it despite not being told it was missing. Wish we never stopped here and definitely never will again.
This bob evans is usually great but I guess things change when you do Carry out .. the fruit we got was clearly going back and they forgot our hash browns
