I was pleasantly greeted by the host and sat by the young lady all waiters and waitresses were around a manager who was talking and flaring his hands the waitress looked at me four times I sat there for over 30 minutes and no one came to my table when the host realized I have been sitting there for a while. she went over to tell the waitress that I was sitting there she looked at her and said something and went back to talking did not worry if I was being helped or not the worst experience I have ever had at Applebee's on 610 in Stafford Virginia I got up and left and went to Outback
Staff was friendly enough but our waitress took our order, delivered our appetizers and gave us no plates to put them on which wasn’t really a big deal but she never came back to check on us. Brought our dinners out and although I ordered my burger with no pink it was pink inside. I suffered thru half and left the rest. She never once came back to see how everything was so I couldn’t even send it back. Instead she stood at the bar the entire time talking to the bartender. When she finally came back she never offered dessert or anything. We were just passing thru while traveling but we’re disappointed with our service and food at this location.

Came in at 10:00pm and stood around waiting to be seated for 3 minutes before deciding this location isn't worth my time nor money. I come from Indiana where a host is patiently waiting on the next guest to walk in. Stafford / Virginia has the worst dining services I've ever experienced after traveling to 38 different US states. I could go on for days but I will keep this review isolated to Apple Bee's and just say that I won't be returning, even though this is the only location in my preferred proximity. I understand 3 minutes isn't a long time, but, I would expect at least to be greeted and given a simple "I'll be right with you in a minute". I received NOTHING but stares from patrons. If I was supposed to seat myself, no sign indicated it, as I looked to be sure. I expected this though by the 3.6 star review. Says A LOT about management when you can't manage a 4 star but mcdonalds can.
Great service. The bartender was very attentive. Best burger we have had in a long time.
Found hair in my salad and then if hadn't checked the bill, was being charged for the salad they said they would take off the bill. Finally got salad off bill and a 20% discount.
Everyone was friendly but so incredibly slow. Waited 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us then she disappeared when we were finished and after 20 minutes we asked the hostess to find her just so we could pay. The biggest complaint is the food came out cold; not even lukewarm. The fries were cold little pieces of cardboard and the pasta Alfredo sauce had already hardened back up it was so cold.
Curbside !!! Sit there for 20 minutes call the message recognizes my number and attempts to connect me to the store concerning my order disconnected twice. I go in my order sitting there the employee just standing there asked my name and pointed at my food sitting on the shelf. The sad part is I continued to sit in the appropriate spot and I saw staff walk by several times. No it wasn't late, and the place was empty!!!
i loved my family. Everything is well done and super organized, people are polite and the place is beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend
Cheese sticks were good, pasta was bland, and the chicken was tasty. Every since the global transportation shortage, I noticed a trend in food at these types of restaurants not tasting the same.I was bothered that they sat a couple right next to us as opposed to spreading us out.
