Claiming to be America's Best Wings is a dangerous thing. It really sets the bar high.I must say that the atmosphere in this location wasn't the best but it was easy to get to and the staff were friendly. Seating was well spaced out and very easy to maintain social distancing. It also had a large selection of food options (not just wings). They were quick and it smelled amazing.To bad it didn't live up to the hype. The wings weren't bad just not the best in the area let alone America's best! The Old Bay Dry Rubbed bone in wings were dry...like overcooked dry. The teriyaki basted were good as were the honey lemon garlic bone in wings.The dipping sauce comes at an additional cost and the carrots/celery were sparce and not even edible. Rubbery and tasteless (ended up tossing those out).Over all I would say they are good and deserve a second try to test out their other options but if you want really good wings ... you would be better off elsewhere.#BirdLife #OwlsTweet @MeetMrOwl
I had came in on Wednesday for lunch and the older guy with the hat was very rude to me . I had gave him a dollar for 2 ranch and he gave me one. My wings were very bad and hard and salty. I was watching him make food he had no gloves on and picking his nose didn’t wash his hands or nothing and taking fries and eating it. I will never come back again if he is there.
Well seasoned, delicious wings at a good price. Looking forward to trying all of their flavors!
The prices are way higher than the location in fredericksburg, the food is exactly the same. Drive 18 minutes and save. Thank me later
We've been here three times and the first two times were just okay but this last time was not good at all. We ordered for pickup and made the mistake of not checking our food before we left. When we were home we found that the fried butterfly shrimp were over cooked to the point of being bitter and dry and our wings were very dry. The sauces are always exceptional but even they couldn't save the meal. Very disappointed and probably won't be back. Better wings out there for the price.

Incompetent staff. Made honey BBQ instead of honey mustard and wanted me to accept it or wait another 10 minutes to cook new batch. Pathetic.
They messed up on my order. Ordered 2 steak and cheese 1 everything the other mayo and cheese. Made both the same. Wanted fries with my 15 piece shrimp they gave me extra rice..40 min wait..Another lady was ahead of me they messed up her food and she was there for an 1hr.they forgot her order.
It has gone better. Less waiting. That cute little cashier makes a difference, she is very friendly and accommodating. Saw her one time preparing the meals her self to speed up the operation.
