Horrible customer service. The “manager”, or so she claimed to be even though 2 other staff members told me there was was no manager on site for their shift, was so unbelievably condescending and rude. When I told her I was a regular customer and no longer order from here, she basically told me she didn’t care. She ended it with “God bless you.” This infuriates me as I am a God-loving person and she throws this line out to justify her horrible behavior/treatment of people or to try to be the “bigger” person?!!! Don’t go to this location.
This place is amazing, and the food was delicious, many flavors to choose from. I’ve been here so many times and the staff is very welcoming and kind. They always have my food ready! It’s always a great experience!
Went in for some wings and fries. Emir was friendly and very helpful with helping me choose which flavor to order. Food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

This has got to be the most consistent with food quality of all of the local Wingstop's. I'll drive farther to this one because the quality at the Richmond Hwy location is bad.
Would be 5 stars, if I could have paid and ordered inside the store opposed to online only. Inconvenient for me to have to go online and place the order.
The quality of the food is bad enough (something seriously off with the cooking process, but I couldn't put my finger on what), but it's CERTAINLY not worth the atrocious attitude of the employees who work here. If you're going to have surly people who seem to be paid by how many customers they can disdain, at least serve something edible.
Watched them drop an order on the floor, scoop it up and serve it.Only taking online orders and counter was chaos.Food looked good but floor thing put me off.
I'm a really picky eater. But their ranch dipping sauce and garlic parm chicken tender combo is fantastic. My husband who inhales food like Kirby got the All-In Bundle which is only $23 and he had leftovers because it was so much food! This is some good food! We will be back!!
