Drove 20 mins over here to find out that this place opens up on their own schedule. It’s 7:05, Store still closed, nobody in sight.
Nice and fast except for a smoothie price alittle high $7 plus sometimes to much . would like small if not medium cup but only one size large too much otherwise good flavors

Giving 3 stars because I literally love these smoothies and am so ecstatic about a tropical smoothie opening close to me! but this customer service is...dead?? I don't know if it's because the cashier was young or having a bad day or what but despite me trying to make conversation and smiling, she could not have cared less/didn't look at me and never smiled. hope she's okay or maybe employees better at customer service can take over the position.
Excellent smoothies and outstanding customer service. Have been here many times since it opened and had the same experience every time. Admittedly I have only gotten smoothies so far. I have had a few different flavors and have taken recommendations from the server, who has always been knowledgeable and knew exactly what to make based on my descriptions of what I felt I wanted/needed at the time. Nothing but good things to say about the place. I will be returning.
This tropical smoothie is one of the worse ones that I've been to. They have messed up and ruined my meals on multiple occasions. My meals look like they don't care and people seem like they don't know how to do their job. I have been to other Tropical smoothies and they do great jobs. But this one. I had something come out of my smoothie that looked like snot ? everytime I get a wrap it's never cut in half and the wrap itself looks deformed. I asked for No beans add salsa on my Santa Fe quesadilla instead I get what looks like extra beans. I bought a peanut butter cup and it literally tasted like peanut with not chocolate. I'm done buying from this establishment and will take business elsewhere. Highly disappointed ☹️
I DONT KNOW WHY I ALWYAS GO TO DIFFERENT SMOOTHIE PLACE SUCH AS ALEXANDRIA LOCATION .THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.I LOVE ❤️ THIS LOCATION SPRINGFIELD PLAZA ❤️
