Went out Friday night around 8:30pm for a late meal with two friends. The chalkboard outside highlighted "Live Music 8-12". When we entered the greater could barely speak with us because it was so loud inside, we nearly walked out then (I wish we would have) but asked to be seated as far from the music as possible. We could barely hear each other / carry on a conversation, the music was what appeared to be two DJs blasting hip-hop / R&B music turning the TGIF into more of a club than a restaurant / bar. Avoid during the "Live Music" times unless you want the feeling of a club instead.Food was ok and service was fair bur not great. Some things got messed up because we had to repeat the order multiple times since the waitress was unable to hear us clearly over the music.

Between God and man, and of the truth, I have referred more than 12 persons within a space of 3 weeks to my legit and trusted Account Manager, Mrs Anita Crypto Fx, she is the only account manager to ever pay me my profit after my first 7days trade of $500 that yielded to more of dollars. I vowed to testify of her honesty to the public and that is what i have been doing because she deserve more than this. I was bankrupted and left with nothing by fake experts and she came to my rescue. It's already 16 weeks I have been trading with her platform and profit payout is always fast at once click. If you can go to TGI in Potomac Mills, DO! Don’t eat here. Forgot all topping to one of two meals (fried chicken sandwich), but added random ones that were not listed under description, the “coke” was basically brown water that had no taste, so on and so forth. Many mistakes within a simple order of 2 meals and a dessert, just ridiculous. $60 wasted.

Walked in and was not properly greeted, asked about if they had an allergen menu and a high chair, the host didn't know and went to ask. I look for the host a few minutes later sitting at a table with a coworker on their phones ignoring my requests. He reluctantly got up to get a high chair and responded we don't have an allergen menu. He returned with a filthy high chair that I wiped down with a baby wipe to not even clean off the surface dirt and food grime that was caked onto it.We promptly left after not feeling welcomed, filthy environment, and little care about allergies.

Service was decent, but the food was not. I get this same meal every time and have never been disappointed with it until this time. These are two different plates with the same meal and both look disgusting and was disgusting. They skimped on the food, the mashed potatoes were dry and bland, the chicken was bland with a slice of Kraft cheese. Only thing decent was the shrimp. The utensils were all dirty too. Every single one of them.

Portion size is lacking lately. I ordered via GrubHub and when the order arrived I was shocked!!! $15 appetizer came back with literally 7 nuggets. Called the restaurant and spoke to Rachel who offered for me to call Grub Hub for a refund, or to go pick up a remade order. Glad she offered something (hence the 2 stars,) but I wasn't going to drive there when that defeats the whole purpose of ordering delivery. Had they MADE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, I wouldn't have needed to call and address.

Great because it wasn't busy. Waiter was very nice. The did mess up my son's burger but it was ok, nothing major. Was able to use my points and it cut the bill in half which was great.

The restaurant was very unclean. The floors were sticky, tables were unkept, and there were receipts all over the hosts station, including the floor. It took them half an hour to make a strawberry lemonade and mixed drink for my sister and I, and it took 45 minutes to bring out our appetiser. Our meals came a bit over an hour into this and they brought us no silverware, I had to flag down a waitress to bring me some for my pasta. I would be much more forgiving if it was a busy night, but there was only three other parties besides mine there Over all, poor store cleanliness, very poor communication from the waitstaff, but at least the food was very good.

Only 3 stars because the size of the steak and the salmon was just RIDICULOUS! Other con is the music. It’s too loud to be a restaurant! But the food is good and the staff is very friendly! Steve was the best!

If I could I will rate them 0 . I order uber eat and they sent me ice cold frozen steak . The French fries was not fresh either, what is wrong with them ? I will never eat anything from Springfield TGI Friday horrible customer service and food .
