Didn't follow instructions on what I ordered and charged me twice when I only ordered once. They then were rude about it and did not give me a refund.
I order for pick up and they never have my order ready even past the pickup time. They take care of everyone else in line and do not make any of the online orders until they're done with people waiting in line. Why would they even offer an order-ahead option if you cannot deliver? I only have this problem with this particular spot. Hopefully, they fix this issue but until then I will not return to this spot.
It smells delicious in here and the workers are glad to take/make your order in a timely fashion. I called ahead for the 2 for 10$ footlongs and I was answered in a timely fashion, great deal and great place!
I've always come to this location, but today will be the last. I found a black hair in between my sandwich, disgusting.

Very clean. Great staff. They are fast. Usually have deals. Nice employees.
