The old guy taking the orders doesn't speak loud enough for me to hear what he says, than yells at the cashier that the sandwich I ordered wasn't what I said it was. I feel like it was a bait and switch kinda deal. I may have agreed to it, I dunno. Losing a buck or 2 for a sandwich I ate curbside wasn't a huge thing, but still I'm not giving high marks for customer service.
