Came to this Starbucks and was told they do not do the rewards program. But in the picture below is a picture of their counter. I asked the person hWhy does it say you do them... Her reply was I dont know, I was told to tell customers we do not do the rewards... I've only been here a month. I bought a Iced Vanilla Latte, which I've been buying for years and it has never looked like this. Tastes like burnt coffee. I will never go back to this location. It took me 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and a croissant and I was the only one there. I will not return to this location.
customer service was great, and drinks were great + fast. Loved my drawing on my cup. Made my day for sure!

This Starbucks is pretty clean most of the time. Good service. Great location. A few tables outside and they maximized room inside. Well planned.
This was the Starbucks I intended to visit all along. Instead, I ended up visiting the one on 8408-A Old Keene Mill Road as I didn't know there are 2 of them on this street. This Starbucks has better inside seating than the one at 8408-A but doesn't offer any outside seating. Another plus to this one is it felt like it had more space at the order counter. Parking wise, both offer lots of parking. Also, both had very good service. I didn't have any problems when I ordered at either one. It has the standard Starbucks menu. Overall, I thought it was a pretty nice Starbucks. I'd definitely use it again when I'm visited Springfield Plaza (where it's at).
