Don't normally drink coffee, but I heard this location wants to unionize, so of course it's a great place to stop for a quick bite or drink! I sincerely hope the workers here unionize, as unionization improves working conditions and raises workers' pay! Thanks to the labor movement we have weekends and child labor laws and 8 hour workdays instead of 16 hour workdays and so much more! One of the things I love about Starbucks is that their service is always consistent from store to store. Recently, I have visited Starbucks in several States (VA, NC, SC, DE, MD), and the baristas are consistently polite and nice. Some are more quiet than others, but fortunately, never rude or unpleasant. I started collecting the Been There State Mugs last week, and decided to get the DC one today. This past week, I picked up the North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. I plan on going back to some of the States I have visited and pick up their been there mugs. I ordered the Green tea lemonade with 4 pumps of sugar cane... it was good and expected. I haven't been at the location in awhile, and at this visit, I noticed a book library where you take a book and drop off one. Great idea.
I wanted to get a bag, they just ignored me for 2 minutes and pointed the bag stand. Thanks I guess LOL
Very friendly baristas prepare your drink efficiently and a really nice atmosphere both indoors and out. Plus shopping at the supermarket is only steps away.

Great location. Super fast. Lots of outdoor seating in the morning shade. Keeps me charged up and running strong. Thank you to this great, friendly staff for helping me get my coffee and breakfast fix throughout the pandemic!
