This might be the only bad Sarku in the entire country. SKIP IT, just go to the Back lick Road location, even if you're already at the mall. Only bad experiences I've ever had at any Sarku were here.
I eat alot of sushi from sarku, but yesterday I come buy it, it really old sushi and taste disgusting smell.
Place was better before pandemic. The food is way too greasy so it gets mushy if you let it sit too long. Don't recommend, but I do enjoy Grilled Kabob a few steps away.
Place is terrible guy at the register wasn’t respectful at all I was 1 dollar short and did t even cared not even that I didn’t know what to get it was my first time and the guy at the register kept rolling his eyes at me

I had come to the Town Center to specifically see my hair stylist, because it had been a few months since my last haircut. I've actually been coming to see him for over 15 years, so that's why I made the special trip. By the time we were finished, it was already late afternoon, and my stomach was starting to feel queezy. Since I had pretty much tried every restaurant inside of the food area, I figured I would try something different this time. I had passed by this restaurant several times, and there has always been a line of people waiting to place their order. It was the same situation today, but I didn't let affect me. The line went pretty quickly, and I was able to place my order soon enough. I decided to go for the chicken teriyaki because according to their menu, this was the most popular entre. To be sure that ai had enough food, I also ordered a side of six dumplings. Everything was prepared right in front of me, and within 3 minutes I was on my way with the food, in search of a table. Today is a pretty busy day, and finding a table was not that easy. Needless to say, I was able to finish about half of the chicken teriyaki, and three dumplings. It was gosh darn delicious!
I always enjoy the chicken with noodles and veggies at all locations however their tuna roll is garbage. Staff was good. Roll terrible tasting.
They charged extra and the cashier gave me a refund but I never received the money
Very bad quality of white rice not fresh, asked for water cup, they said we don't have water cup at this time and I asked to put water in regular cup they refused that. Poor customer service
The service was rude and slow.and the food was bad. Ordered a Calfornia roll was almost tasteless and I threw it away. Previous occassion I am pretty sure I was served some fish that was way past its prime. I started sneezing which is an allergy I have to iodine and fish that is going bad (it produces iodine). This is on par with gas station sushi.
