Hello , i come to this sarku at least 3-4 times a week since i work across the street i chose this store to spend my food money on. Unfortunately today i came with the sarku free entree slip to get a free one amd unfortunately i couldn’t since 2 were from another store. The guy who always takes my order deny my free entree bc i was missing 1 stamp. I told him i come to this store 20 times a month and not once i have been offered the entree slip for free items… he told me i know you’re a loyal costumer you come here almost everyday and get he still couldn’t give me free meal from the stamps.. i will appreciate if someone contact me from this store bc it is not fair that i got there and not get the card offered or even when i have it they don’t do it…
They closed 30 minutes early. Who does that? 5 I get but 30? Bruh
Our carryout food was ready on time and hot. Store could be cleaner. Our Teriyaki chicken, shrimp teriyaki chicken, miso soup and Shrimp tempura was tasty.
They give you half of what they used to for the same price, the workers were not really rude but they did not have a good attitude at all. I will not go back to this location at all !!
I love sarku! But honestly this location is a joke! They didn’t even have dumplings for the bento box and didn’t bother to explain me that. The cashier was acting like he didn’t want to be there. The manager was there but definitely like he didn’t care. The food wasn’t good, the taste and smell were just weird! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
No way man ! Never again....what is the smell ? Grille apparently is not clean cause the food taste and smell weird. Where is the FDA ? these places should be closed down ! I couldn't even finish eating the purchase. Good luck if you choose to eat here.
I ordered chicken teriyaki with noodles. It wasn't that bad. It had a little bit of a weird taste but idk if that's just how they serve it. It was a little oily/slimy but it still tasted decent.
Order two box of chicken teriyaki with the white rice for the kids but too much sauce over the rice and make the rice kinda to sweet
Never answer the phone what they do is turn it off when you call to many times just so bad management
Man that works there as a cashier is rude and they claim they sell sushi but every time I go in there they don’t have sushi not good at all !!!
