We placed an order on Saturday. Unfortunately, there was another order placed with the same first name. Easy mistake!When I got home, I checked our bag to find that another Michael’s order had been mixed in with ours. I called potbelly to follow up, no questions asked, the manager took my name down and said come in tomorrow and have us up on us.I walked in today expecting to get a comp sandwich, and return our entire order was remade from yesterday. Everything. And it was amazing!Great example of customer service!

My wife and I had a quick dinner here, apple walnut salad for me. Very fresh, and with apple and raisins it didn’t need any dressing. Highly recommended.
Quick service & great food. We had the chicken salad-salad with broccoli cheddar soup & power house salad with loaded baked potato soup.
Please update your hours on Google. I heard your food was good and I get here to find you closed at 7:27pm on Sunday.
