I have always loved to order food from them until today. Whoever prepared the food made sure it's not to be eaten but to be thrown in trash. Chicken roll wasn't wrapped; chicken and salad was outside of the roll in foil paper. It seemed someone had opened the roll to investigate it. Pizza was the same way; cheese was taken off the pizza at some parts. It could be the delivery guy.Update: the owner reached out to me and turns out it was the delivery guy through slice. Pizza& gyro sent me new order free of charged and a piece of delicious black forest cake along the order. I am glad it wasn't the restaurant as I absolutely enjoy their food.
Extremely rude employees food is always old they don’t cook it fresh they always sell old dirty food on customer I had food poisoning 2times due to their old pizzas I will never ever go there again staff is extremely rude not sure where to complain who’s the owner never see owner over there. Tables are also dirty most of the time.please never go there guys thanks.
I had a crispy chicken burger. It was so bad I couldn’t even break it with my hands forget about trying to eat it. The fries were nice and cold and this is after about a minute. That explains why their was another customer asking them to make sure the fries are fresh. I will never go back to this place and the only reason for that one star is because I didn’t have a choice if their was no star they definitely deserve that. So overall stay away from this place because there are plenty of other options in Springfield Va.
My family comes here all the time and have no complaints , I tried ordering 15 minutes before they closed and they denied me that is not nice at all. I drove 35 minutes to come get food and would not take my order even tho they were open for another 15 minutes. If you stay open to a specific time you should be able to take orders even 5 minutes before. I will be making sure I let people know about this place, very very disappointed!! Please fix your hours! If you stop taking customers 30 minutes before make sure to explain that or have it written somewhere !!
This used to be our go to spot for crispy burgers but unfortunately recently they changed their recipe and it’s horrible. It’s filled with salt and the chicken tasted old. Then they replaced our burgers with chicken subs and those also had lots of salt and were smelly. I don’t know if they got a knew chef who wants to give everyone high blood pressure with all that salt ?
We love your food.. we drive long way from Ashburn just to eat great halal food. Reason behind reviewing is we wanna let management know we have been to your restaurant recently and We were a group of people and my husband humbly asked the skinny girl in the front to clean our table because it was dirty and she ignored us and we had to seat on dirty table. It was very disrespectful as a customer. We noticed that girls were just using their phones and laughing talking while we were eating. They should look at what customers need not their phones.We just want to say consider yourself going to some place and ignored by employees. Please train them. We been coming to pizza and gyro for a long time and we will come back soon.
The food quality is good, but the portion are unbelievably small. Typical desi stinginess. XL pizza slice are 2 inches wide. It’s not like their pizza is cheap. I know the owners are reading this review, please be more generous with your portion and next time I will be more generous with my review.
I have ordered from them before but yesterday 12/22/21 I ordered breadstick with cheese and it was the worse it tasted rotten, dry, burnt and smelled bad too I had to trash the food. I also ordered chicken tenders with fries for my little sister after eating it she started throwing up and having tummy issues. I was thinking maybe is food poisoning. I don’t know if y’all have changed your stuff because customer service is just very terrible. Never getting food from them again.
It’s our favorite family restaurant in here. Love their food and especially pizzas and paratha rolls are just awesome. Recently went their and customer service was just horrible. There was a girl in there using phone and saw us waiting to order food but didn’t even come in the front. Never happened before.
Ordered a chicken wrap and personal pan Meatza for delivery. Both tasted terrible. All of the meat was awful. The wrap was disgusting and made sloppily. Never had gross pizza until having it from pizza and gyro. They also ripped me off regarding what was charged to my credit card. The personal pan was $6.99. The wrap was $7.49. Grand total $14.48. After delivery fees, slice app fees, tax and tip my total was $23.10. Later I checked and the amount charged to my card was $27.72. Would never eat here again, literally not even a free meal. I am fortunate this food did not make me sick.
