If I could, I would give it a zero.I am not used to giving a bad review but this was well deserved.I tried to order online, it was not working, I called to place an order, no one picked up the phone, that was a sign for me to give up but I ended up going to the store to place an order. I clarified 3 times that I needed 3 Pizza. While I was placing an order, there was already an angry customer who has cancelled his order (he gave me a warning too not to order here, I should have listened). Anyway, I paid and left the store and came back 20min later. I received 2 pizza instead and they missed up the toppings too. They charged me $17 for a large cheese pizza and $22 for large veggie pizza (only mushrooms, and black olives and they put onions even though I said not to). They wanted me to wait 57min for the 3rd pizza. I ended up going to another place and got my Veggie pizza with the right toppings for $11 something in 15min.Fast forward, When we ate the pizza, it taste it terrible and we could not finish it. It did not contain pizza sauce but more of tomato paste.I know that a lot of places get slammed with orders on Saturday but it still does not justify poor service and orders. I am definitely never ordering from this Papa John's pizza. BE WARNED

Meh.The service was quick, and friendly… but the food was merely average, or below. (Which isn’t saying much.) Not any worse than I expected for a chain pizzeria. I had a pepperoni “shaq” pizza and an order of “well-done” Buffalo wings.The flavor wasn’t bad… but the texture was horrible. While the wings were nice and browned, from having been run through the oven twice (I appreciated the effort)… never-the-less… they were soggy. The pizza was doughy, and the dough was undercooked. Again, the flavor wasn’t bad, but the texture ruined it, for me.My first time trying Papa John’s, and my suspicions have been confirmed. It was a waste of my money. I ate one slice and two wings. The rest… right into the trash can.I won’t be back.
Sorry, I'm sure it's not the store fault, but if you tell me you can't take my order, but I may place it online. Please make sure you are able to recieve online orders. I ordered a pizza off the app, showed up at the store 30 mins later to my surprise no order was there. As I go to look for my email confirmation, I notice it wasn't sent, then I check my card to see if I was charged, I was. And behold, after waiting 30 mins then spending 5 mins in the store my order come through. Everytime I give papa John's a chance, it disappoints. Maybe I'll try again in a few years. Horrible.
Found a piece of mopping brush. What more can I say say about this? It was like my middle-finger length brush hair.

Have ordered twice from this place. and both times it's taken twice as long for delivery. because they forgot something, and had to go back to the store to get it. Pizza was good, but delivery sucks hard.
Pizza was pretty good. It was ready fast. We had a 3 topping and a Supreme. I would recommend this place.
