Great place and good food. Little costly but well worth it to me
I recommend this delicious pizza and mozzarella sticks! Its a bit expensive compared to other places, but that's my only complaint. My family loves it as well.
I just ordered food, the individual (he said his name was Joco). This manager is beyond the point of being rude. This is not the first, second or third time I have endured his attitude. No longer will I give a penny to this establishment!!!!!
Really disappointing experience.Quoted service time was fine, but then it took much longer upon arrival to pick up. Sizes of pizzas were smaller than expected. Salad is good in presentation but not for ease of sharing or eating - large slices of vegetables which have to be cut multiple times. Cheese and sauce are fine. Crust is not good.Overall a very big let down. Maybe it fits someone's flavor profile though.
We ordered delivery and it was the worst. It took 2 hours to arrive and was completely cold and bone dry. When we called to get a status update at the 30 min late mark, the employee was short, rude and just said "It's on it's way" without even asking who I was or what my order was; it was another 45 min before delivered. If we'd know the service was going to be this terrible we would have just gone and picked it up. I think the pizza would have been good had it been warm?
Paisanos Springfield is my favorite place to eat for lunch. They have great specials and a great employee ( Omar ). I appreciate you kindly and I hope your day is smooth and blessed ?

Decent pizza and subs but...your new online ordering webpage????? Tried to make an order, gave up & ordered elsewhere. The original one worked perfectly fine, why change??? Was a solid 4.
Best pizza/Italian delivery in the area. Always quick on delivery and food is consistent every time.
