What happened?! I used to love the food at this location, but now it is sub-par. The biggest disappointment is the change in the pita. Is it no longer made in-house? Tastes like a really bad grocery store approximation of a pita. The beef was underseasoned and bland today (it used to taste authentic), and the sauces and dips are now prepackaged and not as fresh.
The food was so Delicious and good quality. I recommend this place!
Barely you can find kabab on platter , they made is so small on size and raise prices by 30%
My food was cold and the bread was hard. It appears that they just heated up the food. I will not go back to this place again.
Not worth it honestly meat peices are way undersized compared to other kabob resteraunts.
I ordered a family platter with lamb meat. The meat was so tough, looked and tasted like beef. I called the store to complain and they insisted it's lamb. I'm NOT stupid to not know the difference between both kinds of meat. The girl asked me to send her a photo and then called me back saying that she can tell from the spices on the meat that it's lamb. It's beef sold as lamb, and it's a poor quality beef too.Not worth the 40+ dollars nor the 40+ minutes waiting for this food. Never eating there any more!
I used to eat Mobydick from Maryland brunch which was great. Today I ordered first time from this Springfield branch and the bread was hard to bite. The ground beef wasn't properly cooked / fried and looks like it was heated for few minutes only. There was no salad, cheekpies. I would not go this store again. Would give 3.5 out of 10.
The staff is extremely rude and aggressive. The manager started threatening me with assault. I will not be returning. They are lucky I didn’t press charges.
The old manager quit, and the new staff seems to be struggling. The quality, quantity and presentation of the food is inconsistent. It's hit or miss.
The worst food and the worst customer service, If I could I would give them zero star but the system enforces me to give one star.
