Gotta be the worst McDonald’s in the area. How is it the order is wrong every single time? Common sense really slips this locations employees. I asked for a double cheese burger with Mac sauce and literally got a cheeseburger with a 4 piece nugget box filled with literal tartar sauce. I dropped it in their trash can on my way out of the line. Don’t even get me started on that small, gnomey old lady that works there. As seasoned as she is, she shouldn’t be making this many mistakes at McDonald’s. Also Will deserves a raise. He’s the only employee with some competence at this location. He is literally the only reason I haven’t stopped coming here.
They don't have ANY ice cream at all. The menu says so, BUT not until you get deep in the line amd are stuck waiting for them to get through the 10 people in front of you to leave. They should put a sign at the entrance of the drive thru stating this so cars are not stuck. There's no way to get out of the line!!!!
Probably the best McDonald's around here...the customer service is so great it doesn't feel like a McDonald's at all. It's also so clean.
This is the best McDonald's in the Springfield/Lorton area. The food is always on point and its very clean. My son felt that the food was amazing, so much so that he wanted to tell the assistant manager how good it was.. which he did happily.
Fast and friendly customer service and the food is always hot and on point. My go to spot if I need a quick bite or a caffeine pick me up.
Drive through is extremely slow. I waited for 30-45’ just to get the food. This location needs new management. People go through drive through for a reason
The more automated McDonald's gets, the more inefficient they become. Almost everything tasted stale. I'm not a fast food person but was feeling nostalgic for the classic flavors, which have nearly disappeared.
I do not understand how they had got my order wrong! I’ve ordered 1 Large coffee with sugar and cream. Yet, they just gave me black coffee with nothing in it. On top of that, I was already in line with people that all had something wrong with their order. Not one order was done correctly!
Order was wrong AGAIN!! I know better than to go to this location -- I receive the incorrect items (always cheaper items, of course) at least 80% of the time! I didn't want to drive to another McDonald's that's farther away. What a mistake! I don't know why this location is rarely able to correctly fulfill orders. Don't go to 7909 Rolling Road, Springfield, VA... YOU WILL REGRET IT!!BTW, they are NOT OPEN 24 hours or even for their posted hours. Don't even bother going 11:30pm-6:30am -- closed. NO it's NOT a COVID thing -- they have NEVER honored their posted hours or been 24 hours. And as others have said, they WILL over charge you on their app (only this location) and the manager will give attitude when refunding $.
I ordered food through their mobile app and paid. When I picked up my food the boy working the drive thru was rude from the start. He told me I owed 4 dollars and some change more for my food even though I paid in full on the app. He had an attitude the entire time and refused to listen to me when I showed him my phone so he could see I paid in full. At that point I had him get the manager and she was the exact same way. I told them that there was probably a glitch with the app because I picked the deal for free large fries which would be about the difference they were saying I still owed. At this point she became very rude as well and told me I was not getting my food unless I paid them the rest. I refused and asked them to refund my money or give me my food and they told me to move to the next window. At that point I went through the same thing again with another woman that acted just as rude as the others and told me to leave the line because they were busy. I told her I'd only leave if they gave me the money back that I paid or give me my food at that point she tossed me my bag and said "bye" and waved me off in a very dismissive manner. I asked for my drink and she gave me that and did the same thing. I'm never going back to this location and I'm going to avoid going to McDonald's as a whole. I've never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant before.
