Fast and Good Quality food. The food was warm and their ice cream machine isn't broken
The customer service was great. The cashier were so helpful and polite.
Clean, polite staff, but they focus more on the drive-thru customers while those in the lobby continue to wait.
Horrible food service. No condiments. Stale fries that were undercooked and cold. No soda in our drinks that tasted disgusting.
It was McDonald's drive-thru. Not a gourmet experience, but I got what I paid for.

We ordered from their very flawed app and had even more flawed service when the valid “free fries with any purchase” offer was not honored by the manager because it was dropped by the app.Seriously - How hard is it to just get a free fried and add it to the order? My 10yo was disappointed and I was appalled at the lack of customer service.Just go to the one further down/up the street. That’s what I’ll be doing in the future.
The French fries were cold, but the manager was very kind and got me fresh ones.
