This is the worst MC Donald's I ever been too, you do your order on the self server machine but it is always broke so you have to wait in line to pay which you stand there for over 25 mins before someone with an attitude comes and say smacking there lips how can I help you. Then you wait for over 30.mins for your order then you get burnt food and French ? the employee started moping over my feet like I was not even there and other people too.

Everything but the drink was wrong, bad, or missing.I got no fries with my large combo, two burgers had things on them when they were supposed to be almost plain, and third burger was so old it'd gotten rubbery.That's 2 mismakes and 1 missing item out of 5 total times. That's a a 40% accuracy rate. Add in the cold, old food and it was a total waste for everyone involved.This almost seems intentional.

Nothing to love just another branch of a fast food place that is in my way from home to work and from work to home. Workers are real nice though.

The restaurant has updated it's look. Food was hot and fresh. Can't beat the French fries ?. Friendly interaction with drive thru staff.

I've always loved McDonald's coffee and their Cafe lines... the real reason why I go. But their service is awful at drive-thru and their app never loads

McDonalds is McDonalds... however, this one had people working that didn't understand English well. Which explains why the drive was moving super slow. It was a little frustrating for all of us, the employees and the customers. It might have just been that shift but I probably wouldn't go back to this one.

The best McDonald's in Springfield...always fresh and fries cooked just right in clean grease...never overcooked or undercooked!

$3 isn’t really much to get upset about.What ticked me off was the way they handled the situation.I’ve worked in McDonald’s before, I understand the frustration.But coke on.I go to the window and make the gentleman at the window aware of the mistake that had happened. The store charged me for fries that I had gotten for free clearly through the app.When I show him he proceeds to tell me that I should’ve “presented the code to the first window” and how are they supposed “know about the free fries”.There isn’t a code to provide for the deal for mobile orders. I think everyone’s aware. I explained that to him but he kept telling me I needed to give them the code and he then said it was my fault.I said if the situation couldn’t be fixed I’ll just want a refund.He gets, I’m assuming to be the manager.She comes and asks me what’s wrong. I show her my phone with the time stamp of the order and order # and show her the mistake.I apologize if I had been stern/rude to the first gentleman that I understood it most likely was some system error, but I wanted it corrected and if I couldn’t then I’ll just take the refund.She then proceeds to tell me she can’t refund my order and I’ll have to refund it through the app.I never knew that about mobile orders lol.I asked if she could just correct the situation as I clearly presented the free fry and she said no she can’t.Another gentleman comes behind her and then tells me“It’s your fault you didn’t check if you used your deal on your app” lol, I literally showed them that ihad used it, and was given a free fry transaction for a total of $3 with some change and he wants to come and tell me it’s my fault lol. 2 different employees, 2 different reasons as to why it’s supposedly it’s my fault. Just for them to tell me again there’s nothing they can do. I don’t want to hold the line up any longer so i take my food and leave.I never leave reviews, I get that people can have a rough day or hard time especially in fast food, but for the entire crew to basically just come and tell me it’s my fault when I’ve shown them proof and not do anything to even help the situation. Yeah okay.Terrible customer service.

For one small coffee and muffin cost me $3.58. While 711 cots less than $2. I didn’t mind about the price if I get the right quality. What I mind is I couldn’t eat the muffin because it was wet and smashed. When I told the manger he said it is a weather. I didn’t see 711 muffin affected by weather. Highly recommend 711 if you decide to get muffin and coffee for better quality and cheaper price.

Used the new automated ordering and got my food quickly. However is been a while since I had McDonald's breakfast and was surprised when 2 hash browns were $4 instead of the old $1 for 2
