I can't believe how bad the food has gotten. This used to be the spot to go to, and it's gotten downhill the past years. I live right here and walked over with my girls for lunch. The florentine panini was soggy it fell apart, you can tell the seafood sampler was old and refried cuz it was hard, the wings was a disgrace, as if they just took the raw chicken and deep fried it. I'm only adding 2 stars for nostalgia. I never write reviews, and I'm writing one while I'm still in the restaurant, it's that bad.

Food was not the best italian i ever had, but affordable and good enough for the price. Server was attentive without being TOO attentive. Garlic bread was hard/crunchy but still was OK.

The service is 5 star!!! Marco is excellent and always takes great care of us!!. The quality and taste of the food is amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable! The music is nice and the volume just right, not too loud or to low! The prices went up a little, but that's to be expected, as the vendors must have raised their prices too. My favorite dish is the Terriyaki Salmon with my choice of sides, Basmati rice and broccoli, and the chipotle sauce for dipping. It comes with a salad and garlic bread. The house dressing is amazing, an Italian like vineagrette. And the appetizer white pizza is Amazing!!! It's a small restaurant but definitely worth the trip!!! And even the french fries have something special tasting!

Left Regal Cinemas at half past midnight and called in an order for a medium pepperoni pizza. I arrived and was surprised how busy and cozy the place was. Pizza was hot and fresh, so delicious. Folks working the register took care of me quick. I know I should’ve let it set on the drive home but the slice in the car was soooo good. New to the neighborhood and glad I found this place.

Love the stromboli! It was the right amount of ingredients with a delicious crispy yet chewy dough. I don't get to Springfield often, but when I am I plan on visiting Malek's Pizza Palace. Oh...and the staff was kind and professional.

We ordered a greek salad that was just average and a pizza that was subpar with tasteless ingredients and undercooked dough and cheese.

Customer Service etiquette nonexistent.Hand Sanitizer dispenser was empty!Music was very loud and inappropriate for restaurant theme.Ladies Bathroom: DisgustingPhoto 1: House Salad: dirty and uneven pieces of Lettuce, saggy veggies. 1 DressingPhoto 2: Baked Bread: no marinara saucePhoto 3: Stake and Cheese Platter: Burnt BreadPhoto 4: Chicken Caccatorè: No Parmigiana CheesePhoto 5: Total Check.

Food was decent, but customer service was a bit disappointing. I would like to clarify that our server was great, but the rest of the staff there could've definitely been a bit more friendlier. It was our first time there tonite, and I took my friend and daughter there bc I saw good posts of them from friends on facebook. So I decided to check this place out for myself tonight (01/20/22). Everything was pretty good for the most part until we left around 9:35ish pm. As we left, we walked by three staff members standing behind the counter who all saw us as we walked by them to exit the restaurant. NONE of them said anything to us as we left. No thank you or have a good night. They did not appear to be busy at all as they were just standing around talking to each other, not to also mention that we were literally the last customers there. This is disappointing bc I'm used to going to restaurants where they will acknowledge you as you leave. Thanking customers and/or telling them to have a good night shows appreciation for their business which in our case did not apply at all there. So yes, I am quite disappointed for having a bad first impression there. If you don't care for that kind of below average customer service, then you should still try that place out. Like i said, the food was not bad. I, however, do observe and take customer service a bit more seriously bc we're spending our hard earned money to patronize a business, and the least they can do is show some appreciation and make us feel welcomed there. There are tons of the same businesses all over, and I value Respect, Appreciation, and customer service above all else.

We were looking for a good pizza place in the area and noted of the great reviews for this family joint. We were excited and took our chance. We were so disappointed! The pizza was soggy and limpy. We usually clear our plates but not this time. After some struggling, we gave up and still had over half the pizza left. 2 days later, we tossed it in the trash because we couldn't stomach it.

Mine and my husbands favorite pizza place! We love this place. It’s not processed like other pizza places. It’s family owned, delicious, and doesn’t feel super heavy. Plus it’s affordable.
