This was our first time at Maggie McFly’s. Two of our friends are regulars and invited us. Wow! First of all, the menu is massive! You need time to go through it. They were so many amazing choices!! There were four of us and no one was disappointed with their meal. It doesn’t matter whether you want gluten-free, sugar free, vegan or whatever there is a delicious meal for everyone! My wife and I don’t eat meat and I have to avoid sugar. No problem finding just the right meals! We will surely be back! The only thing that wasn’t so great was the service. Our waiter was a little slow and somewhat oblivious to what we needed, when. Otherwise, everything was just great!

Date night...Saturday around 7 PM...we didn't have a wait. Strolled in, was greeted and seated promptly. The venue was rather loud which is to say it took an effort to hear one another seated in a booth in the middle of the establishment. And, while our waiter was rather robotic and lacking a general interest or responsiveness (we wagered that he might have had a social disorder) the dining experience was fabulous. The have a large beer selection and my dark choice delivered as promise. We got the Tex Mex Eggrolls as an appetizer...delish! And, I got thr seafood casserole which was better than expected. It was light, fresh, and the vegetable components were savory.I knocked off a star for the dessert. The locally catered cupcakes were beautiful and shimmering in all their confectionary glory but I found their taste banal and the texture dry...perhaps from prolonged refrigeration. All in all, we had a great time and I would visit again.

The food was amazing but the service was a bit subpar. They were clearly short-staffed and the bartender (Brian) was also the only person working on the side where we were seated. The manager was not as helpful as she could have been and was seen doing irrelevant tasks (refilling dessert case, talking to other staff, etc.) instead of providing assistance where it was needed. It was only Brian's 2nd day on the job and he did an amazing job with what he knew. However, when help was needed, the manager was no where to be found. We waited over 20 minutes for a drink bcuz Brian could not find the instructions to make it. I eventually went to get the manager myself to let her know that her assistance was required. She finally came to help, only to not know how to make the drink either! She ended up calling someone on the phone for instructions. When one of our friends joined us later on, he requested 3 different beers before he was able to get one that they actually had in stock. The manager didn't seem to know what they had on hand so it was pretty much a guessing game. All in all, the food was delicious. The menu is gigantic so it can be a bit overwhelming to look at. Why they need to have 5 pages for drinks alone, is beyond me! We will likely return but the expectation of FAST service is unlikely. Make sure you have patience when visiting.

I had Cobb salad and it was delicious. Additional protein is extra charge. The serving was huge that I couldn't finish. It was not crowded at lunch time. The waiter provided us with good customer service.? ?

Food was bland! Initial server was nice. I noticed a mask left on our table and a person from our party eventually claimed the mask; however I asked an employee to take the mask off the table because at the time I didn’t know who it belonged to & he just looked at me! Food was not worth the money and the nasty attitude of the staff person solidified why I would never return!

This place has just about everything on their menu! It can be a bit overwhelming! I loved all the options! The food tasted great! If you have family members that want multiple options this is the place for them!

Solid 3/5.I was looking forward to trying this place since it's one of the few restaurants I haven't tried yet at Springfield Town Center, so I had a very neutral expectation going into this. Sad to say, I was quite disappointed with about everything but the service. The Food: Before settling down on my entree of choice, I had to go through one humongous menu with a variety of different entrees to choose from. It was honestly quite overwhelming, and had a variety of different foods from about every cuisine you can think of. From American fare to Asian, from Mexican to Italian. They literally have it all. For my entree, I went with a popular dish I saw on Yelp, the "Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken". The dish was familiar to a Thai Coconut Curry, which wasn't all that bad to be honest. But it was very much mediocre at best. I also had the "Eggplant Fries and a "French Onion Soup". Eggplant fries had no taste of eggplants and the the French onion soup was not bad. I would say the French onion soup was the highlight. The Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a party of 5 and our server was very attentive with checking up on us and with water refills! The wait time to get food out was at a good pace so no complaints on that.Overall, I will not be coming back to this restaurant. I could've spent money elsewhere that would've had better value. Solid 3/5 for the food, 5/5 for the service.

Service was awful. We were waiting for drinks for over half an hour. Skewers were dry, chicken was tasteless. Water wasn’t refilled in forever. When we addressed the issues, our server just sent another server instead. I don’t think we’re ever coming back.

Nice spot for date night, solo, or with the family! I love the plethora of options so everyone is bound to find something they like. Overall great experience.

My family really wants this to be an establishment we continue to come back to. I love the eco-friendly/buying local concept. I love the variety of vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. I got the Korean cauliflower, which was quite tasty! The service however was and has been lackluster. My husband got there before me and estimated waiting at least 10 minutes before being greeted at an outdoor table.Once greeted we were told to wait a moment while they check who was supposed to be our server. When our server finally began to take our drink order, a pan-handler interrupted and started asking our servers (one was in training) for money, I sternly told the man he was being rude and this wasn't the place for that, so he went to another table! My husband ordered a second beer before our meal came and half way through his dinner was notified that the keg was kicked.I ordered a vegan cupcake and did not get a cupcake that matched the description (no cookie dough filling or chocolate chips), so I didn't eat it and had it taken off the bill. Our entire experience took an hour and a half. We don't plan to return.
