The tea was fine but the Boba tastes offThankfully I got a refund but the employee was tryna say that different places have different tastes.The Boba was spoiled, mushy and not sweet.
The company seems to hace changed suppliers and the macaroons don’t taste good anymore. The worst part is the incompetence of employees and lack of an on-site manager. I politely approached an employee to ask for a manager to informed that one of the flavors I had just bought tasted bitter. The employee rudely replied “I cannot do anything.” I can’t believe people like that are working in the service industry. I discourage you all from visiting this place unless you want to throw your money away.
the teas are good but the bobas are just ok
Just as a recommendation, I asked for a strawberry mojito they always make them delicious, and today you come September 3, they gave me one that tasted more like water than anything else had almost no ice really disappointment.
I really recommend their strawberry milk tea! It’s so flavorful! Also great staff and great atmosphere if it is your first time there they will make you feel like you have been there a million times!!
Sugar high yes! Great drinks, friendly staff and all the macrons your credit card limit will let you have.
Rude customer service one time I nicely asked to please add bobba and this man said i was waisting his time very rude.
Very lovely spot, reasonable prices and a full menu of different flavors. This tea place is normally busy , employee are always ready to customize your drink.
