Karahi Kabob is only restaurant in Brookfield Plaza VA, where they sell old Naan from last night party s left over. It happened with me 3 times. If u can not trust them for a simple bread then how can u trust them with fresh food. You can see two different pieces of bread which they said we just made it.
Very tasty food Awesome people in this place
Great menu items for a very reasonable price and amazing halal foods. The hosts are very nice and will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the food.Visited them for Mother’s Day celebration with my family, everything was amazing and I Was totally amazed by their hospitality. They served brought us special kebab with fresh bread twice and on top of that they served us their specialty items which weren’t even part of their menu for the night without any extra charge. Not to forget their Kheer was so amazing and I couldn’t have enough of it.I wish I could give you guys more than 5 stars for the amazing service and foods. Definitely recommend this place and I’ll visit them again when I get a chance.
First time here and three of us got sick by their Sabzi, we got charged $22 extra and lady asked us for “tip in cash” while there was no waitress service. There was no chai, no water. No wonder why we were the only ones here. No recommended!
This is so called Chicken Karahi bone in. My recent experience is very disappointing. It was buried in oil and tasted undercooked. Even though I had asked for the karahi to be well done. But it wasn't properly cooked. I took out the extra oil but still chicken was extra greasy and sorry to say gross.Naans with the food were undercooked. I called to complain about the quality of the food but it wasn't taken seriously and I was just told chef will be informed. It was very unprofessional behavior, no apology or compensation was offered.
Heres a tip, CHECK your naans when picking up. You can literally smell the dough! I m not going to drive down for undercooked naan, ya ll better take your business seriously
Terrible customer service, went here a month ago. We ordered chicken kabob and received something else. When we asked they went to change it. We had to wait again for the order and midway through eating, the lady comes to tell us we owe $6 dollars more. She should've mentioned the difference in price when we initially paid. They charge random prices, inconsistent with what's listed on their menu and she didn't care less that their menu had a different price. She was rude and made us uncomfortable as we ate. Food wasn't worth the service. I'd rather drive an hour to Kabob N' Karahi in Silver Spring than come back here.
The food is really good, but only if your willing to do things on their terms… if you call ahead for food they always get your order wrong, your always waiting for your food, when you pick up your food they leave items out of your order, when you call them they may say they are too busy for your request or issue, and they will get mad at you if they mess up an order. Again the food is good, but the experience and dealing with the folks who work here is not easy or friendly. I like food not drama so 1 star for me.
Food is decent but their ordering process isn’t. Their prices don’t align with their online website. On numerous accounts my family has paid a “variety” of prices for the same dish. They also do not inform you fully of what comes with the order and what is separate. If you’re placing a large order, ask each detail and pricing. Do not go based off the online menu.
The chicken was tender and delicious, however the rice and chickpeas were bland.
