Super nice workers. But plz for the love of god tell em to go easy on the oil and vin. Every time I come my sub is soaking wet. I’m gonna have to do hot subs or something from now on bcuz I’m struggling to eat this sub rn lol it’s pretty much soaked in vinegar and oil. Happens every time too ?
This is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to. I’ve been here twice now. The first time, they were incredibly slow and seemingly unhappy with life. I ordered a club, and when I got to work, I noticed they forgot the mayo and bacon (which is pretty much what makes the sandwich a club altogether). The second time, I ordered a club again. They made me an Italian, so I had to have them start over. Then they put the wrong toppings on it, so they had to undo that. Then they forgot the bacon again, so I had to correct them there. All the while, the staff was miserable, huffing, puffing, sighing, literally dragging their feet, moving slowly, rolling their eyes… I don’t know if it’s the management, or the hiring process or what, but I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I love the food, but the staff here is abysmal. I worked at a Jersey Mike’s years ago, and our staff was always pleasant, friendly, energetic, and we actually moved with a sense of pace and urgency. This Jersey Mike’s is nothing like that. I will not be returning.
Great parking. Fast, friendly, professional staff. Sometimes too fast...like, they want you to order their way right away and sometimes you need a minute to decide. But the subs are amazing, the bread and meat and cheese and vegetables are so fresh and prepared/sliced in front of you. Great food, great value. This is an outstanding Jersey Mike's.
I was very excited to see Jersey Mike's opening up in the old Keen Mill and rolling road area. I've been to this Jersey Mike's 5 to 6 times. Today when I went in I must have caught them on bad day because the gentleman that was working on the grill seem to be extremely upset and unable to keep his anger in check constantly slamming down the spatula above the grill. I understand that the food industry can be very stressful especially around this very busy area but I feel like it makes a difficult working environment for the two other employees that were working. I will not stop going to this place because I've had nothing but good experiences the five to six other times I've been there.
Gave me a regular sized sub instead of a giant, but were quick to fix that. Will give them the benefit of the doubt considering they just opened not too long ago
I submitted an order online for a pick-up. When I got there after receiving a notification that my order was ready, the workers said my order never went in and they weren’t going to make it. Rather than canceling the order because it was close to closing, they told me to come back in the morning to get help.
Excellent service & friendly service. Very clean an prompt servjce
Convenient location, friendly staff and good sandwiches. The location has a small dining area and a relatively tight ordering area. It was good to see all employees wearing masks.
Over crowded staff because they are training, I assume, and small orderi and take out area. Most people taking out. But one would assume everyone would be health cautious with massive Omicron transmission as I write this.Only one of like 12 employees wearing a mask, and she was wearing it under her mouth! Poor leadership from manager! Not certain I will go back there. If this is how he cares about health measures, what about other food safety measures!!
Great sandwiches. I love the bread.But.Nobody is wearing masks (see picture). Today is January 24, 2022. We are in the middle of the Omicron peak. Sorry guys. No mask - no business. Protect your customers. By the way. All customers had masks.
