To be very honest I had the worst experience here at this jersey Mike's and to very honest this is one of our favorite ones to go to but today May 30 at 7:45 the Spanish guy was very rude unprofessional was arguing back and forth on a mistake that he had made it was the worst but the other guy came up and apologized for the situation and handled the problem I tell one thing I would not be returning back to this Jersey Mike's I will go to the one in Lorton
I personally never write reviews on restaurants but this location is awesome the customer service is just amazing literally everytime I come in. A special S/O to the manger Micheal the guy is hands down one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Great Manger!! He always has a smile & does the job in the most professional manner. Also Another s/o to Tobias he is awesome dude making all those hot & cold subs. Overall like I said I never write a review but I’ve came to this location serval times & the people are just so nice. The customer service levels are at chick fil a. The food amazing!!!
Place is pathetic. Waited 40 minutes for a steak and cheese, rang me up before they even started making my order.
To whom that wants to order from Jersey Mike’s in Springfield it’s a joke, make sure you get here before 8 o’clock because their hours clearly state 10-9Pm, and they always close their doors around 8:15 PM! They do this every time and I don’t understand how corporate allows them to get away with it! They might as well change their hours to 8 PM Instead of 9 Pm. And to add insult to injury when you’re knocking on the door they just ignore you like you have never ordered or spent your money in this establishment!!! This is misleading and very unprofessional of the business with the owner allowing this to happen regularly!! I hope this falls on someone in the main corporation to know about because I’m done ordering or getting anything from any Jersey Mike’s because of this experience…
5 star! The staff is very friendly both day and night shift. They make me feel like I’m part of the Jmikes family. The steak n cheese is hands down best in town. Go to spot. Cheers
I usually love Jersey Mike's subs, especially their Steak and Cheese. This was my first time at this particular location and it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. The steak was over cooked, the bread was hard, it was so disappointing, especially since I ordered a Giant size, and it was not cheap. I'll keep eating at Jersey Mike's, just not this location.
Always ready when I get there, except once, when all the employees walked out and left the manager alone. Food was still good.

Got a mid-size veggie sub--delicious.Friendly & efficient staff interacted well w/customers & each other--enthusiastic & I think enjoy their jobs. Also, the place was really clean and employees masked. Nice.I recommend this place & will go back again when I'm nearby.
