The food is good and the portions are also good. But the service isn't consistent. There is usually only one person serving. And that person is usually on the ball or not so service can be slow at times even trying to get a refill on a glass of water. There was also a time when they got our order wrong and they weren't too interested in righting the issue which was quite a disappointment.
For the price it is a decent meal.The bean sprouts were definitely NOT fresh and crispy, more like the bottom of the barrel. Everything else meets normal expectations. Preparation was rather quick after I ordered the “lunch special “.
Ahhhh yes! I really enjoy authentic Vietnamese that doesn't cut corners. The pho I had was very earthy and light at the same time. Such a unique flavor! The egg rolls were crunchy and delicious.Prices are very low compared to other places I have been. Everything seemed like a bargain.Will definitely revisit.
meat was low quality in my opinion; probably why they gave so much of it. Broth was good. Vegetables looked a little old. There was a horrible smell around the cashier area.
I had the large size pho special. It was perfect for this cold weather. We left happy with full,warm tummy. The place was bright send clean. Service was excellent.

We really love this place. But don’t get their soft shell crab, it’s 95% dough and I’m not exaggerating either.
