Delivery order. Quick, Delicious, Hot. I am writing this because the food on my table now is the BEST chinese food I've found. Since I moved to VA last month, I've tried dozens of delivery orders from different restaurants 5 miles around, and Great Wall has the most delicious food. The Tofu is very flavorful, and Shrimp Lo Mein is excellent also. I always have work too late and get hungry, the delicious food with an extra egg roll, fried rice are really fantastic.
I drive a hour both ways to get the food from here. I ran into this place randomly and now it's my favorite place ever. Definitely recommend. Wonderful customer service!
Rude staff. The price that the restaurant has advertised is different from what they charge you. Even their prices in the restaurant menu are lower. The lady who I believe is also the owner was rude, kept muttering something to herself and her staff when I mentioned this to her and her response was take it or leave it and that Food prices all over the US have gone up and that's why she is charging more. She still couldn't answer my question on why their menu prices are lower and they haven't changed it and only mention about during billing. This is outright cheating. Never will I give them repeat business.
Have ordered from here for years and it has always been good. Unfortunately, the portions of food have recently decreased unexpectedly (you get about half the normal amount of fried rice with an entree) and the prices are the same. Might need to find a new place for good Chinese food that doesn’t cut back on the cheapest ingredients.
Love the food and how close it is to our house . My husband and son go here to pick up my lunch when I decide to want Chinese for while at work and remember my order.
The Orange chicken is the best here! The best thing about this place is there delivery is always fast!! They say 30 to 40 but they mean 20. Best Chinese in Springfield by far!!
This has become our go-to Uber eats guilty pleasure. It’s pricy via Uber eats but worth it since we stretch it to make multiple meals.General Tso’s chicken with fried rice ($1 extra) and all white meat chicken ($1 extra) is great! Definitely worth the upcharges. Egg rolls and hot and sour soup are delicious.
I don’t typically write reviews but my experience today was just bad. I ordered my food for delivery, it’s took an hour and a half to receive. I get it, delays happen especially when it’s busy. But the delivery guy was very rude. We live in a “gated” community and I always give instructions on how to get into the complex. The delivery guy called me and told me he couldn’t get in, so I gave him verbal instructions on how to get in. While giving instructions he hung up on me. He then called me multiple times asking for the same instructions I just gave him. Once he finally did what I said and dropped off the food. He proceeded to yell at me. Very unprofessional.
Best buffet I have ever been too. Wide variety of food. Chinese. American. Salad bar. Fruits. Desert. Sushi. At the moment, the Mongolian grill is not open.
First they are friendly staff, however the food is not worthwhile. I ordered combination fried rice, fried wontons, egg rolls and BBQ spare ribs. The only thing worthwhile was the wontons and the fried rice was decent. Everything else pass on. The egg rolls taste like grease and no flavor. The fried wontons are the best I've had thus far, the rice again was decent so I will come back for the rice and wontons.
