This restaurant has been in this location for some time. Over the years, we've visited periodically. It was OK - - some things better than others. But recently, their food has definitely risen to wonderful new heights. Every entry we've had has evoked some type of comment, e.g. "Wow", "this is the best ***** I've had", etc. Portions are generous. The wait staff is wonderful.

This has been my go-to italian restaurant since 2015. I personally really enjoy all the pastas they have to offer. Favorites include the carbonara, fettuccine alfredo, pasta al pesto, bowtie pasta salmon, and the cannelloni/manicotti. I always feel like I get my money's worth with the massive portions.Chicken parmagian is great, and the ribeye is GOOD! The calzones are amazing and even better when you get creative with the custom toppings. The pizza's crust is alright imho while the true strength is in its texture and flavor. The calamari is the most popular appetizer (tip: specify if you want it to be lightly fried or on the crispier side), while the antipasti siciliano is underrated and pairs quite well with wine. You should definitely check out the tapas menu; they have excellent happy hour deals, and my absolute favorite dish is the Torta de Casa / Giardino Pot Pie. Their best desserts are the sfogliatelle, tiramisu, cheesecake, any gelatos, exotic bomba, flan, and the ridiculous chocolate calzone!! There are seriously too many good desserts.Seasoned Giardino veterans should check out the weekly specials; lots of hidden gems can show up there! And if you really want to get fancy, treat yourself to one of their Tuesday wine dinner events. Those are always fun for everyone involved, and sometimes there's live music. Their Monday $10 carryout pizza is also a huge steal tbh.Jimena and Theo are my favorite servers, and they always make sure my friends and family have an exceptional time when I take them out :)I've noticed Giardino Italian Restaurant always strives to give the best possible experience to its guests. I applaud the staff, especially their patrons, for their perseverance and endurance during one of the most challenging times for restaurants to stay open.

Come here with our four kids and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere quiet and low key, and our server Noah was the best we've had in years. Highly recommend!

The food was fantastic - nice options for adults and kids. The service was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish - Noah was so nice! We will be back and definitely recommend!

Giardino’s is always great, good service, and solid food all the way around. We’ve eaten here multiple times and have also done take out multiple times, they really hit home on a lot of their offerings. Definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t been here before.

A great restaurant to go to a bit pricey however excellent food and great service well worth it. We had a party size group and all of us had a great time you will as well.

The food was good but my order was supposed to include grilled scallops and did not have them. I asked about it but there was no adjustment made… no scallops and no reduction in the bill. So…that’s not the greatest.

We absolutely love Giardino's!! We've been 4 times now, and have not had a single dish, salad or dessert we have not loved! The pasta is always beautifully al dente, and with a choice of homemade sauces, you can not go wrong. One of our family is a vegetarian (flirting with vegan) and she comes away just as happy and full as the rest of us do. And our server, Robin, is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I wish she was my mother-in-law ❤ We'll be back sooner rather than later.

Understaffed for the number that came in. However, two servers never seem to lose their cool and kept on trying. They were trying very hard. But forgot bread, extra plates for sharing, water refills. Had 1 messed up order.Food was as expected.

The service is absolutely terrible, and the general manager needs to learn how to use his online ordering software. We ordered dinner for 8 people and spent $180. The online ordering software said 25 minutes, so we drove over. They are throwing a big party outside for a large group. The hostess explains that the wait will be an additional 30 minutes. An hour and 45 minutes later the food is ready. We get the food home, and our order is wrong. We ordered 2 of the same appetizer and 2 of the same entrée, but they only gave us one. The rest of the food is ice cold. I call, and the woman on the phone promises that they will take care of us "next time." As in, "Next time you come in, tell us about this experience and we will make it right." Umm....no! We ordered, waited for, and paid for food that you didn't give us. She finally says the food will be there in 10 minutes. Note--they are ONLY offering to replace the missing food, and not the rest of the ice cold food.I talk to the manager and express my displeasure. They either need to learn how to update their wait times on the online ordering platform, or they need to learn how to turn off online orders when they get this busy. He tells me that under no circumstances would they ever turn off online orders or "change the way we do business just to suit you." He then offers to comp my next order from Giardino's, but I tell him no--I don't want my next order comped because I am NEVER coming back after this experience. He then says he will comp the missing food that I had to drive back for right now. However, he doesn't believe the food was ever missing because when he pulls up the ticket, it only lists 1 of each food. So then he goes into the online system to verify that yes, I did order 2 of those foods! Then the manager explains to me that he can't give me a refund "right now" because that's "not how the system works." As of today (5 days later) he has not refunded the missing items, nor has he refunded the entire bill as he had claimed he would.1. The wait times should be accurately reflected in the online order. It is 2021. We have been ordering online for over a year now. Every other restaurant has figured this out. Giardino's has no excuse.2. If the kitchen is that backed up, they need to stop accepting online orders. Other online ordering systems, such as square-site, automatically updates wait times and limits the number of orders per hour per kitchen capacity. The person at the take out stand shouldn't be telling people that orders were paused when the manager is saying under no circumstances would they pause orders. Get on the same page.3. Further evidence of the restaurant just not knowing how to use their online ordering software: for weeks now the price of a medium cheese pizza has been $21.95. The large? $15.00.
