Today’s date is April 1st, is this a joke??? We’ve never had a problem with five guys but today my husband went to pick up dinner after a long day, I was too tired to cook. They got the entire order wrong #87. I ended having to cook. 1 mistake ok but there was 4 things wrong with our two burgers and fries.. I now know not to use this chain again… I hope this mistake gets fixed. I tired to call and Boone answered the phone .
One top-notch team here. The ladies work well and crank out a great burger. The fries are to die for. The app saves time!
My family has eaten here before, but tonight I was really disappointed in the staff when trying to place an order over the phone.When I called, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes but I could here several orders being taken in the background. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, which was another hold only to be told that they were “sorry about that”. I will not be eating Five Guys tonight. Very disappointed.
Normally this location is pretty good, but tonight was a mess. 10 customers waiting for mobile orders and no clear system flor organization. Quite a long wait past the scheduled pick up time.
Ordered their little cheeseburger very well done, no pink. Order arrives, I take a bite and there is pink. I wasn't in a hurry, so I was willing to wait for the type of hamburger I ordered. So now I just have fries. SMH.
I was disappointed to see how much more expensive it was to get a mediocre hamburger at the Springfield, VA location than in Arizona. Moreover, it appears the quality of the beef is lower here - appears to have more fat & ground finer (so the patty falls apart). They were also stingy with toppings. About the only good thing to write about is the service, which is the only reason for giving this three stars.
The prices are far too high for me to return. The burger was pretty good, but not $9 good. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. A little overrated is all.
The food is consistently good, as is the service. The lot is challenging and parking is limited. The site can be hard to reach in high traffic hours. Worth it if you do.
Excellent staff, and even though we only got shakes, very well done.
