service was very bad. We waited for dinner 45 minutes for 1 hour and fifteen minutes. someone didn't even come and apologize
Always great food selection and drinks. Family friendly and pleasant service staff.
Eficiente, con sabor a México y muy buen personal
After a long day in Washington, D.C., we wanted simply a nice meal at a sit down restaurant. We got SO MUCH MORE! From the chips and salsa, to the Paloma’s we had to drink, to the giant burrito, to the fried ice cream, everything was absolutely delicious, top notch! Highly recommend!
This is our first time here and we absolutely loved it! There was about a 15 minute wait and the place was full of Hispanic families. If Hispanic families patronize a Mexican restaurant I feel like they would be a good judge. Not racist just obvious. Just like a New York Italian restaurant filled with Italian families. THAT'S the Italian restaurant I want to go to. I feel like we're still allowed to have ethnicity and food comparisons and in fact family run ethnic business are extremely proud of the ethnic food they prepare and serve. This place is a wonderful example of great Mexican food in a great Mexican restaurant atmosphere. Everything was great from start to finish. Shrimp was huge! Refried beans and cheese were amazing. The drinks were great. The portions were so good. Don't leave Springfield without a trip to El Paso.
We've been to one of the other locations (accidentally ordered from the other by mistake) and finally got to come here. Same great food. Called in the order, went with the surf & turf burrito again, and so good. Really want to try some other items.
As soon as you walk in, you feel transported to another country. The vibrant colors and attention to detail really give it that authentic vibe. The food was very good and the prices were even better!! The staff was extremely friendly as well. Only a 4 star due to the long wait for our food. We had our order taken twice so I think we ended up getting seated during a shift change or something of the sorts. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.
This is our favorite Mexican Restaurant in town! They also have great popsicles to grab on the way out. Friendly staff, delicious Margaritas and great atmosphere.
Best Mexican restaurant in the Springfield area. Food quality is consistent. Service is impeccable. Nacho chips are always served hot and, with salsa, are always in your table service. When you go there, you know that you are always going to have a good meal, no matter what you order. In the beginning of my visits; I used to wonder how they could possible support such a large menu with consistent quality... However, after many years of patronage, I no longer wonder such things and I always feel internally encouraged to try something new (even though I have my favorites)!Authentic. Delicious. Comfortable. Affordable.I am not sure what more you can ask for.
The chicken soup has more white meat chicken than I have ever seen in a bowl of soup. Very filling and tasted great. Would skip the churros. They’re on the heavy side. Very authentic Mexican restaurant playing Mexican music with Mexican staff and much of the clientele is Mexican as well (a good sign the food is authentic).
