Today’s Sunday February 27 2022 At 3:48 pmWhile I’m drinking late and trying to study the employee ask me to move the other chair I said why she said because of my manager told me and the other day she told me to leave at 5pm while the store closed 6 I don’t understand with the lady work there she doesn’t even doing her job she always on the phone so probably she wants to talk on the phone also when I’m writing this she took my picture and I did too
Great donuts. Very fresh. Wonderful help from the associates there. Excellent parking. Easy in and out of the parking lot. The store is very clean. About the only downside is that the decor is dated...the place looks like it was last refreshed during the Reagan presidency.
First off the food was cold and tasted like it was cooked days ago and attempted to be reheated. My order was completely wrong so clearly no one follwed directions or bothered to look at the order. Then when I tried to call them their phone is disconnected!!!! Well I guess I can see why, you can’t make money to pay your bill if your serving such poor quality food. I would have gave them a negative rating but you cant so they get one star, this location is a joke and should be shut down. I just want my moneyback so I can go to Starbucks.
Walked in, 3 people waiting for food, one guy walked in ahead of me, one guy behind. The three of us stood there for 13 min without word one from the woman working there. They seemed to only be concerned with the mobile orders. Honestly a simple "give me a min, I'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. I left without anything because grabbing a sandwich and coffee shouldn't take 30 min...

Bacon is not crumbed and this bacon was very hard for me to eat. There was so many other reasons why this was a terrible experience for me but I’ll just say this.
Poor employee training and operation. I usually think twice about making a review like this because I don't know if the reprucssions cen be too harsh on employees, but the person at the register didn't seem to know anything.It was obvious that the training was either subpar or nonexistent.I asked for a dozen glazed, and only afterwards I was told that there was no glazed, no big deal. The issue comes when I ask politely for a refund and was basically told no, I have never ever been to a place that was incapable of a refund, im almost certain the employee was not trained properly on how to handle the register.I didn't bother arguing because getting different flavored donuts is better than spending time arguing with what seems to be the only employee in the store who can't issue a refund.I had also ordered a strawberry coolatta and got a completely different drink, it still looked good despite being a completely different drink so I didn't even bother arguing.Just go to a different donut shop.

Staff is nasty- disrespectful. My family and I were passing through on a road trip- avoid this Dunkin at all costs. They told us the bathrooms weren’t working. They screwed up my child’s order and then slammed the drink on the counter at me. Don’t have a customer service job if you can’t deal with customers.
Guy served me is a really nice person good service
