I have a autistic son he is 5 years old, he loves donuts he was playing with a little piece of paper and by accident dropped on the floor, the person who was sweeping yelled to my son, being disrespectful to him and my family, he told us that we should go back to our country since in “America” kids don’t throw stuff on the floor , he treated my son really bad ! None of the personal working there said anything, I don’t know how can they have people like that working in a place that is loved by kids ! So sad there’s is people so cold hearted!
I usually order their iced lattes and haven’t had any problems. The only thing they’ve ever missed are the toppings but they were happy to add it on. I only rate it four stars because the croissants are usually over-heated and burnt/hard on some edges.
An employee was sweeping, and I was very surprised that he brushed the crumbs off the table with the same broom that swept the floor. I believe that the management has to train his employees regarding the cleanliness that is due to Health.
I’ve always loved Dunkin. Now it’s not even going to be my favorite. The last 4 times I order iced coffee from this location.. is BAD. My coffee is bitter. No taste when I clearly ask for sugar and French vanilla swirls. I always order online. So The first 2 times I didn’t check my coffee I drove off and my day was just messed up because of my coffee. The 3rd time I did check and it was tasteless again. I didn’t make a big fuss because I didn’t want to be that mean customer. But this 4th time.. again. I don’t even want to complain but come on man. I just grabbed some sugar on the go. Whoever is making coffee now or new needs to read the labels or do it correctly. I worked at restaurants so I get it if you’re busy but you can’t make this mistake many times.

I don't remember how many times they couldn't prepare my order correctly. I order online and they make different coffee all the time. Some one please coordinate them.

The Murphy's "run" this store and have permanently camped out. Asked for decaf, received regular. Check your order before leaving. Female at register needs to pay attention to what is being ordered. She used only a paper barrier to pick donuts. There were plastic gloves available on the counter next to the cash register. Employees need to take the maximum proper precautions when handling food, especially when the protective equipment is available.Deanna The Klinkert girly described store correctly: "...this location I do not recommend at all they really need to work on their customer service...0/10 for me."The metrics for this Dunkin average out to 4 stars. The store is freezing cold. No customer careNo sign not working. Ot feels like frozen ice.I ask the manager. Said we be fix tomorrow.Every body left .can't enjoy the drink food.?
