The last several times we have ordered from this location the pizzas have been smaller than advertised. A medium is supposed to be 12” according to the website. Today I received a barley 11” thin crust and a 10” hand tossed. When I called to complain, the store the manager did offer a remake if I wanted to wait for another delivery and give the small pizzas back. I understand this from the business perspective but it’s just not reasonable when you have a hungry family. We decided to supplement with PB&J sandwiches for the kids and may order from Papa Johns next time.The pizza does taste good. I just paid for more than I received.
I ordered a veggie pizza and found a piece of meat on my pizza. Stay away vegetarians, kosher, and halal.
Ordered pizza and bread bites . Order took a long time for delivery. Driver did not do a contactless delivery despite instructions. Pizza box had condensation and was wet to touch. Opened it to find it was ham and pineapple, not the pacific veggie we ordered (we're vegetarians). Called store and got a refund for the pizza. But still ended up paying $10 - for the bread bites ($3.50), $4 delivery and remaining tip. Kind of spoiled the evening for us with a missing pizza and $10 bread. Two stars only because the associate had a few kind words on the phone.
Ordered some wings earlier and not did they charge me twice but they never delivered my food! I called at 11:50 and they just let the phone ring until they closed at midnight. I checked the tracker and my order disappeared with a message saying "some driver don't use the tracker". I'll be there in the morning for my refund. Hopefully Paul..who was the manager on duty..will be there.

I ordered for carryout through the app and when I went to pick it up, a guy comes out to confirm my order and told me that I didn’t pay. Which I did through the app while making the order. After I explained that to him, he kept telling me that I didn’t pay and told me that I needed to pay in cash. Which was very rude because I even showed him the email that confirmed my order.
