This pizza was good but now they are not making the pizza as fresh as it used to be. Yesterday We had our regular order which is Brooklyn specialty pizza (Philly cheesesteaks, buffalo chicken, and cheeseburger) all of them didn’t look right or fresh ingredients used in them.Disappointed, now gotta look for a new pizza place :(
My kids love the crispy crust pizza. So last week I order it in Saratoga Domino’s but they gave me a mostly burnet pizza. I would never go to this location again. Worst experience ever! I was not able to post a picture of the burnet pizza here but I have posted it in photos section. If I could I would have given it zero star. Now I go to gunston location every time I want to order a pizza.
I love this place! Every Friday my boys and I get pizza, it’s always perfect. Staff is friendly and efficient.
We just moved to the area 6 months ago and I've ordered from this place about a dozen times now. I love Domino's - it's my favorite pizza. Unfortunately, this location is well below subpar. Today was a uniquely bad experience. I decided to get some delivery for lunch - went through the wizard and the website told me 18-28 minutes. Cool. It took 15 minutes to start making the order and it came out of the oven after 30 minutes. After 60 elapsed minutes with the order status of "being quality checked," I gave the store a ring. They were short staffed, so their delivery driver was running way behind. No problem, I'll come pick it up. That would have been a great thing to know while I was in the ordering process, because as I later found out, I had to stand at the counter while the manager figured out how to refund my tip & delivery charge. The staff member very obviously lied to my face and said that my food had only just come out of the oven 10 minutes ago. The bottom of the pizza was warm from the warmer, but the actual pizza itself was tepid. I got a sandwich and a pizza. The sandwich was soggy, cold, and there was a couple bits of chicken on it. It's a good thing they didn't put much buffalo sauce on it; they saved it from actually tasting like a buffalo chicken sandwich as well as making it less soggy! And the pizza... I think in the dozen times I've ordered here they put the garlic parmesan butter on the crust once. I really don't understand why they are afraid of putting it on there - it's the hallmark of the Domino's pizza. It's the signature, and you guys are just dropping the ball every damn time.
I had the absolute worst experience there tonight (12/03 at 6:00PM). I called for a delivery as usual, paid and went about my business. They call me back 5 minutes later to let me know that they did not ask for my address. I would have sworn that they usually have it on record but I gave it to them anyway. They let me know that they don't deliver to my house anymore. I'm on the 7000 block of Northumberland and I can literally see that restaurant from my house. Then I say to myself, it must me a new person, no big deal, I'll just walk up and get it for myself. As I'm walking out with the pizza, they let me know that the pizza is not paid for. I tell them that it's not possible since they took my card info over the phone and as luck would have it, I didn't bring my card or any money with me. Then they tell me I have to go back home and get the money or card and come back and get the pizza. Ofcourse I order Chipotle with my UBER EATS as I'm walking back home and while on my phone I check my bank account and see a pending charge - from DOMINOS!
I usually have good experiences with this place but my most recent order I got my usual two pizza orders, both all veggie (cuz I’m vegetarian) . Now, I know with fast food there’s always the threat of cross contamination which I’m not too up in arms about, but one of my veggie pizzas -literally- had sausage on it. I threw out the slices with the sausage on them and the ones immediately surrounding them and tried one of the slices furthest away from them and it tasted so strongly of meat I had to spit it out and rinse my mouth out. I ended up having to throw away the entire pizza as a result :-/. Honestly don’t know if I’m willing to buy from them again and risk essentially throwing away my money
The staff here is always so nice and goes above and beyond for their customers. This is definitely the best dominos ever.
Some of these other reviews make me question if they’re talking about the same location. Really great dominos, they get your pizza done right and well in a timely manner. You guys are killing it. Thank you.
I’m a local of Springfield VA , On 9-4-2021 around 9:45ish I was coming off of rolling road to make a turn ,they have a driver in a gray car (maybe a Nissan) who was a Asian/Latino guy 5’10-5’11, this individual was following me bumper to bumper so I pull on the right of the road and I honk to let him go then this individual PHYSICALLY STOPPED HIS CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF ROLLING ROAD I HONK TO SAY GO THEN HE GETS OUT OF HIS CAR PHYSICALLY THROWS HIS DOMINOS HAT ON THE FLOOR AND COMES RUNNING TOWARDS MY CAR ABOUT TO PUNCH ME THROUGH MY WINDOW (driver side).
I am not happy or satisfied with my order today first thing first when domino's tracking shows my order is complete then I went to a restaurant in Springfield Saratoga Shopping Center my order was still in the oven I order the chicken sandwich with extra chicken it was not with extra chicken and I also ordered the garlic bread and my garlic bread was not soft and not buttered.
