All of these reviews are completely falsified in my opinion as this establishment has one of the best Pakistani/desi food in our entire community. Which is extremely hard to find as the quality in food has dropped so greatly. I understand that the takeout part of this restaurant is fairly slow, but if you are dining in. Hands down, you get the best service possible. If you are looking for the best items on their menu, in my opinion you should order the 1. butter chicken, 2. Dera Grill Platter (Phenominal) For appetizers their wings and chicken kachoori are unmatchable and don’t forget to try the chicken tikka it is amazing.
Horrible Customer ServiceLeaving some serious feedback for the owners to address. No material complaints about the food. Customer service is poor. Waiters need to be retrained immediately. Literally we got no service after being seated and waiters are rude. I made several trips to get our complete food, drinks, utensils, etc. I even had to go to the waiter to place our order after waiting over 20 minutes. There was only one other family there when we got there.When paying, I noticed and wasn’t surprised at the automatic gratuity charge. I don’t mind paying this and even more for even average service. I pointed this out to the person taking the payment and the service guys were extremely rude - made horrible comments and just started laughing. It was clear that these waiters didn’t want to be there working. This is the big difference between going to an establishment which makes things right or where you know you will get good service. In this case, the waiter was disrespectful and argumentative.As a consumer when we choose to come to your place to spend a good amount of money, a business is expected to provide a level of service.We will not be going back here or recommending this place to anyone. The place wasn’t even fully packed and if staffing is an issue, the owners need to hire according to traffic.
It's extremely cheap resturant and the owner is no more a nice with the people he know. The samosa and pakora used to be good. But today the quality was terrible.He was rude. In ramdan you should be nice with people as long as they are good.But he has forgotten all the etiquette. But no worries You will reap what you will sow Inshallah.

Foods are always great. Love their buffet items, all are so Delicious! Great chef ?!Place could be more clean, specially bathroom! Only one mens bathroom are shared by their staff too, so most of the time its occupied.And they charge service charges by default in the check!
Delicious south asian flavor, loved masala tea after dinner
I ordered two goat spicy biryani and brain masala for the second time. There was no meat in biryani and hardly any brain with bunch of masala. When I called them, I specifically said to add more meat since I got no meat the last time but they didn’t fulfill my request. No salt in food. It was too plain. Worse Pakistani place ever: try bethak or karahi kabob instead in Springfield
We went to eat there for the first time. The restaurant looked nice, we ordered our food. While eating my friend noticed something crawling on the buffet counter right behind us. It was a cockroach just chillin and not bothered by the light or people or anything. They had a huge jelebi tray placed there as well. It walked all over it. We called the waiter and he immediately saw the roach and started smiling, walked over to it, grabbed a spoon and smacked it and put it in one of the bowls right next to the buffet area. Then he just left it there and came back to us smiling and saying “thank you”. They took that jelebi tray that the roach had crawled over and took it to the sweets area to sell. Then the waiter politely handed us our bill.This has never happened to me before. That place is probably roach Infested, just judging from the waiters reaction and behavior. And we even paid for the food. I felt sick to my stomach and just wanted to leave that place. I don’t even know how that place is still open. That’s just disgusting on another level.
‘’EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK’’ dont eat food this restaurant, serve frozen 5-6 days old food, after you get sick. They don’t throw old food they heat and serve again. This must more poisoning.WASTE OF MONEY
TRUST ME. My family and I go to this restaurant almost every week for years because we love Dera. But the past THREE times we went, we had a really bad experience. I definitely seen a change in management and employees. The servers and staff are unprofessional. The quality is deteriorating. My family and I got upset stomach from last Saturday’s food. The naan smelled a bit. The options from the buffet are decreasing and not good. Please kindly change management/staff and bring Dera to how it was before.
