Great food !! Great time!!

So fun! Definitely smaller than the Philly location, but we had a great time!

Natalie was fantastic...

Food was great. Service was great! Our waitress was flexible and willing to work with us. The games were fun; one of the machines was scanning our cards and not working as a 2 player game. The guy servicing the machines scanned his card and helped us out!

The overall experience of this Dave & Busters was great, once we got seated. We were a group of 12, so I made a reservation beforehand just to be sure they were ready for us. They acted like they had no idea what was going on, and were generally unprepared. I question the effectiveness of using OpenTable with this particular establishment. This D&B is larger than others Ive been too. More about the games, and less about the food and service. I would still definitely return.

Jody (sp?), an extremely attentive host greeted us upon arrival and took excellent care in getting our table prepared for our family who was there celebrating a graduation. He checked on us often as our party was arriving to ensure we were good -- we appreciated his hospitality. Push ahead to the server, Larry who was professional, excellent, attentive, and just all around AWESOME considering he not only had to tend to our party of 13, but the smaller groups around us as well. He was informative, quite helpful, never skipped a beat in his service, and nothing fell by the waist side. Those who assisted with getting our orders to out to the table did so in a much better than expected timeframe as it was clear that they were shorthanded, but it wasn't obvious in the service. My family had an enjoyable time and celebrated our graduated until roughly midnight.

EDIT: Reached out to them as they said in their reply to this review (and all other negative reviews). It's been 10 days and nothing heard. I wonder if this is standard practice (give a public reply that indicates they actually care about customer service, but don't follow through.)My son wanted Dave and Busters for his birthday party.  They offer a birthday service for a minimum of 10 people, but we didn't have that many.  We called to see what options were available and the woman who we talked to was very rude.  Can we make a reservation? No.  Just hope we can get a table that day.  My son has allergies. Can we bring our own cake? Yes. But only store bought (which is hard to find).  Any other help for planning the event (as advertised on their website)? Nothing. Very unhelpful and unaccommodating.  We felt like we were bothering her. This experience already gave me a bad feeling that something was going to go bad and D&B did their best to make sure that happened.  We arrived early and there was an empty table that one host said we could use, but another said we couldn't.  She was very rude about telling us this as well.  She said it had just been cleared, so we would have to wait.  What???  (Found out later that they were rotating servers).  But they did take my name and put us in their electronic queue. We were listed as #1 in line on their queuing link.  After a half hour, we saw that table and one other that could accommodate our party were given to parties of the same size who came in after us (no reservations, remember, so obviously they just let them cut the queue which we were supposedly #1 in).  We asked about it and we were told they were clearing a table for us and it would be 10-15 minutes.  15 minutes later, we asked again and they said it would be another 15 minutes.  After speaking to the manager, we were finally seated 5 minutes later with apologies and a free appetizer.  During this long wait, we asked if we could order in advance to take advantage of the special that they were offering of combining points to play games on their power card with meals.  The answer was an inflexible, and by now predictable, no.Time for the meal.  We ordered a hamburger for my son, specifying no cheese because he's allergic.  The server even asked us about the cheese and we clarified.  When the food came out (delivered by someone else who was also very rude), we had a cheeseburger which we had to send back while his friends ate their meals. Many things went wrong with this birthday party and could have easily been fixed with a friendly team, but it's really amazing how little they seemed to care at all.  A free appetizer is nice, but it hardly makes up for all the trouble and we never saw the manager after that.On the good side, our main server was good.  He helped us with a lighter for the candle and helped to clear the table when it was time to sing.  And the woman who cleared the table was nice as well.  The food was also good.  However, we will not be returning to this Dave and Busters and would not recommend that you do either - especially if you have an important event or celebration.  These events should be filled with memories about the good times together.  Not the terrible service you receive from a team that just doesn't seem to care.

Very bad service, even the manager was rude, we will never return to this place.

Service was beyond awful. Started upstairs buying power cards and the lady was falling asleep at the cashier. Tried to get a table and 2 people cut in front of us were seated immediately. We let it go since We had a party of 9. We were told it be a 1hr wait to get seated even though there were tables available and when we did we got seated at wrong table for 6 and took another 10 min to find one. our server took our orders and brought our orders and never came back to check in on us. The only person who was attentive to us was one of the bussers the entire night. The busser had the best service out of everyone there. As we waited for our table before being seated we attempted to go to the bar to grab a drink took 15 min there was a line the bartender serviced everyone before us normal. When it reached out turn someone has just walked up and he serviced them before us. Once he got to us even though we were there first he gave us very poor attitude. Overall the family outing was fun for the kids. But would probably not recommend this place if u expect to be treated with good service.

So this location of Dave and Busters is a huge disappointment having nothing to do with staff shortages or other issues with the lingering pandemic woes. If I could give it a zero I would. This location starts off by lying to you as to what the air will be. This is so that you send you children in to spend money (hundreds of dollars) in the arcade. You are told the wait is 35-45 minutes. During this time your large group of 20 orders drinks at the bar. You keep being told a few more minutes. Although you arrived very early (5pm) to ensure on a Saturday evening your large group can be seated for dinner you check back after the max 45 minutes to be told one more table needs to get up and then we would be seated. This goes on for close to 2 hours when finally, the children are cranky and done blowing hundreds in the arcade and come to see when we will be seated. At this point it’s too late to go anywhere else (6:55pm on a Saturday with 20 people). So the manager makes one more attempt to look at the seating situation. The same 4 groups sitting on their cell phones, some laying down on the benches of their tables, all with finished plates milking their time there as there is no limit to the length of time they can stay there despite the fact they haven’t spent a dollar in over an hour. He comes back to say sorry we still can’t seat you. What can I do to make this right for you? So I mention we have spent all this money waiting (bar and arcade) if he wants to comp anything. So he says yes absolutely, I will comp the drinks. So now we gather our receipts and he is no longer anywhere to be found. We finally have him show back up (David) and he says “what do you order from the bar? I certainly can’t comp alcohol”. Well what did he think we would have ordered from the bar?? So then I say ok we have 10 kids who each spent $50 in the arcade. And he says well I can’t comp the cards. SO……we walked out after waiting 2 hours with an apology and a bunch of lies. I have zero issue being told there’s a long wait and deciding to leave because we can’t wait that long but to be told 35-45 minutes and waiting 2 hours with no end of the wait in sight, I just think people should know that at this location you cannot believe what they tell you the wait is and should leave immediately if you are not seated right away as you walk in.
