This is so bad... Ordered my food online went to pick it up and got home the bowl is half empty and tacos are half filled despite asking extra...

Since when is cheese considered extra like guac? That’s what this location tried charging.

So I hate to give negative reviews, but after so many similar experiences, I really feel they either intentionally disregard items on on-line orders or they are completely incompetent in their ability to follow directions. This last time, my husband's requested order included "extra" rice, beans and lettuce. It arrived with a smaller portion of rice than mine and my daughter's, five beans and no lettuce at all. Also, my order was missing any beans. We did call to let them know and were sent to an automated system. Our problem was resolved by offering us 2 BOGO future orders and 1 free entree. There was no interaction with the management of the Chipotle restaurant itself and therefore no reason for us to want to order online from them ever again.

Mobile order didn’t work—we paid $35 for a couple burritos, and they had no record of the order. With no other customers in the store, multiple employees just avoided me rather than address the situation. When they eventually decided to make the food I’d already paid for, they treated me as though I was robbing the place—slapped food into place, giving me side eye the whole time. This location is in a free fall.

The times are not accurate for pick up at this location. They took 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to make my meal. There was no one else in the restaurant waiting for food or in line, so I asked if I could just have someone walk through the line and make the meal and they wouldn’t do it. They made me just wait for them to go through all the other online orders first. Not a lot of logic going on there….And then when I took it home it turned out they messed up my order too. ??‍♀️I’ll probably skip this location and go to different one going forward. There are plenty of other chipotles around.

The burrito Bowl did not have enough rice the whole box was half filled and it caused the other spicy items over powering and unable to eat. When you are paying $10 per box, you expect a better portion and not a mess up like this. This is the second time this happened with this shop. Their portions are terrible. Other locations did not have an issue.

"Store opens at 10:45, so let's show up and start cooking at 10:45," seems to be the SOP for this location. At least on Sunday, anyway.Missing menu items at opening time is quite routine. There is also a lack of urgency as you stand there for 15 minutes watching them try to catch up. Today, the fajita vegetables were thrown on the grill 20 minutes after the store opened. There are several operational recommendations that could be made to straighten this out, but it's probably easier to just change the opening time of this location to 11:00 - but not telling the management so they can have the extra 15 minutes to have the store ready to open.

A year and a half ago, this chipotle location was solid. These days, not so much. I can’t remember a takeout order being ready on time. The cheese in the quesadillas had not seen any heat and none of the cheese was melted. Guac is just avocado. No tomato, no onion, no jalapeño, no cilantro, no lime, no salt. Bland as hell.

The never give you JUST chicken, its always pig or worst a mix & thats just SUS.. doesn’t matter weather you order in person or online. They will find a way to screw you over.

Good experience, friendly efficient people and the line was kept moving accordingly ?.
